I have a book that I just started reading called Evolutionary Witchcraft and it's about the Feri tradition.

This is something that is completely new to me and seeing as I haven't gotten far in the book, I was wondering if anyone else knows anything about this tradition?

Sorry, I can't help you with that one. It sounds interesting though.

Wow. That's a new one to me too.

I'm going to have to ask some questions on that.

What have you read about it so far?

I know very little about it, and some of it may be askew. I haven't even read about the topic in years.

Here's a website for those who want to read up on it:

I haven't really read any of it, just the introduction. It seems interesting. I've been busy so I haven't had time to read much x.x

Thanks for the link

Okay, so I've found a few other books you may be interested in:

1) FaerieCraft, by Alicen Geddes-Ward and Neil Geddes
2) The Ancient Art of Faery Magick, by D.J. Conway
3) Faery Magick, by Sirona Knight

"FaerieCraft" I found at Barnes & Noble, and have seen the other two in various places.

Have you actually read that second one? I can't judge for sure as I haven't read that specific book but my experiences with the works of D.J. Conway have not been good. Her books tend to be fluff and nonsense.

No, not as of yet. But a friend of mine says it's alright. I rather liked her book "Dancing With Dragons", though.

Oh! So you're saying it's working with the Fae? I hope somewhere in those books listed it says something about bargaining and protection. wink This reminds me that I should put up my nymph alter sometime soon before I forget...

I'll be thanking you for the link as well, Vanilla Redemption. It was very interesting. Thank you.

But I'll have to agree about the book fluff alert. Then again, I don't trust most authors that put "Magick" in their titles. It's just as bad as slapping "Wicca" on a title when they know it's not. "Magick" is a Thelemic word. scream

I'm reading this book too. Try The Spiral Dance by Starhawk It's written by another member of Victor and Cora Anderson Feri Tradition. The tradition itself, is initiatory, but I believe the tools they share are not oath-bound or closed. <3
