You can make your RPC any time you want, just make sure you read the instructions in the Subforum.
And sure. We can add italy.

this a suggestion to everyone well one of the most important part of a rpc is the back story a god one is at least two paragraphs now just because its in your bio it doesn't mean every single char will know about it what i'm saying is that making s**t up out of nowhere about your past is a way a change things in your favor in certain ways oh and personality is not a back story please take this to heart

you post in RPC Skele and Profiles you create a post for example mio night112 chars and post a char and wait till a vice captain or captain ranks it
