"Ok...where'd she go..." Sungold muttered to himself. It was his first night in this new territory and already he'd stumbled across a deranged vampress. He was lucky like that. He hadn't had a lot of experience in hunting but he thought he was better than this. "Come on, she's glittering gold...how did I lose her..."
Zarina smirked and shifted around behind the hunter certain she could do what her mother could not, eliminate one of the hunters...

Nicholai lay hidden in the dense brush, waiting for the appropriate time to jump out at the vampiress. He was masking his presence as he moved up behind her, "Come to me, lady that was once good and pure. Let me give you the justice you long for." His voice was pitched low, his command set deep within the sweet notes.

"Aw, s**t..." Zarina muttered sensing the compulsion a second too late. She'd slipped up and exposed her position.
"I got you!" Sungold leaped at the vampiress.

Nicolai rolled his eyes at the young one. "Stay back, red one. She is still dangerous." He turned his attention back to the vampiress. "Now, come and receive what is my duty to give." He came out of the bushes and stood tall, wings spread menacingly.

Two hunters? "Hell no!" Zarina leaped into the air and took off.
"Aw man, I totally had her!" Sungold glared at the other pony. "What did you do that for?"
