Pretty simple. Start out with two words, next person keeps one word and drops the other and adds a new one. Only TWO words at a time.
Goes like this.
Example
Person 1: Tropicana Juice
Person 2: Apple Juice
Person 3: Apple Tree
Person 4: Timber Tree
Person 5: Timber Wolf
And so on...
