Earth and the systems it controls represent the most secured space known. That said the Outlaw Universe is as far from law and order as one can get. the systems out here are constantly at war with one another and a fast ship with big guns is the safest bet at making it to one's destination.
Among all this chaos there are a few systems that offer a safer port of call.
The Brujah controlled Titan system is full of dangers far greater than pirates and raiders: spectral beasts, black holes...and as if that wasn't enough white holes occur at random. The few souls who brave these dangers often find a peaceful, but hazardous place to live and raise a family. The native race is humanoid in appearance but have evolved to be able to live under rather extreme conditions in some interesting ways. Ranging from faster reflexes, heightened senses to shape shifting and all manner of telepathy.
The Vector 4 is a space station that sits at the edge of explored space. Originally from earth over 900 years ago, it has been upgraded and retrofitted with technology from all of the known races and is considered a neutral colony rather than a forward base for Earth. It is home to nearly 6 billion people and has grown to size of a planet.
Recent News
The Infamous outlaw known as Prime has been killed in an assault on his ship by an un-named group of what are reported to be mercenaries. What is known is that the Captain of this group is a Brujah and that his ship is named the Cerberus which is reported to be a prototype destroyer class ship for the Earth Special Forces. The report of Primes death has been confirmed by several sources. The whole of space thanks the crew of the Cerberus.

::Vector 4 Space Colony, 5 Days after the death of Prime::
::Ginjo awakened in a darkened hospital room, he remembered the battle with Prime and the outcome with a grin that turned to a grimace from the pain of several missing teeth and a badly broken jaw all of which were healing and regrowing. Ginjo really hated regrowing teeth, it felt like being a kid all over again. then he remembered that he had several broken or cracked ribs, a leg that was blown off and both arms were broken. he found that neither arm was in a cast and apart from a nasty bruise on his right forearm and a tingly feeling when he made a fist his arms were fine. his leg had been blown off above the knee and thus far had regrown almost to the ankle. Ginjo figure that he must have been out for the better part of a month but looking at his watch he was shock that only 5 days had gone by. Ginjo pressed the button to summon a nurse::

A restless woman paced backed and forth at the Hole in the Wall bar every thirty seconds her eyes would dart over to the communication devices hoping the hospital would call with information about her injured crew mates. Hae had been lucky the worst injury that she had received from their "adventure" was a knife wound to her right arm courtesy of Yang (or was it Ying?) as he was making his escape.
Hae growled in frustration, she wanted to know how her crew was doing but hospitals just gave her the creeps. With those bright lights the cleanliness and sick people walking around like zombies. Sighing to herself she found a seat and just tapped her thumbs as her mind recalled the day when they had returned.
Chaos. Pure and simple. She couldn't really remember every detail of what happened when the got off that ship just that someone was running around letting security know they needed medical help and watching as Ginjo was rushed to the hospital. Hae was upset with herself that she couldn't remember the outcome of the other crew members, but tried her best to shrug that off by telling herself that Ginjo was far worst then teh others.. What made that day so incredibly worst was finding her brother at her small living quarters ready to take her home, trying his best to convince her that the station would no longer be safe if someone else were to come and get revenge for Primes death.
Hae growled once more and looked over at the phone.. and nearly jumped out of her skin when it rang. She felt as if she just flew across the room and giggle to herself at that thought as she snatched the receiver off the phone.
"Hello... Really?.. I'll be over then.. Oh... Ok.. Let me know?"
With a soft sigh she hung up the receiver and leaned against the wall. So their captain was awake.. but they weren't sure about his mental health and found it best that nobody visits until they found him to be stable. Well.. good news was good news.. Hae set out to let everyone that was not hospitalized know.

Watching Hae pace had been the only thing to do for the past few days. And Gin was bored. Very bored. However, the sudden mad rush for the phone looked interesting. Sitting up a little straighter, she twitched her ears in the pink woman's direction and tilted her head to the side.
"News about your captain?"
Shade just mumbled something caustic about noise from her spot at a corner table and readjusted the tinted goggles that passed as her sunglasses; she wasn't recovering nearly as well as Gin from the three...four....five? Yes...maybe. Maybe five rounds of shots the night before. Could've been six. It was a little fuzzy. Gin twitched a fuzzy ear in her direction, but otherwise ignored her. Blaze opened one slightly bloodshot gold eye, glared at them all, and laid her head back down on the nice cool surface of the table she was sharing with Shade.
"...ow."
Gin snickered quietly.
((Cold meds = evil, yes. Hehe, poor hungover dragons.))

::Ginjo waited a moment for the nurse to show up and when she did he was not surprised that it was a gorgeous female human he just seemed to have that kind of luck. her name tag said Laura::
::Ginjo:: "I'm in a good deal of pain and i would like some whiskey, i would also like to have my comm unit so i can contact my crew::
::the nurse giggled at the request for whiskey:: "the comm unit i think we can do but i will have to supplement the whiskey with trimetholcodine."
::Ginjo shrugged:: "i guess that will have to do."
::the nurse returned a moment later with a syringe full of orange liquid and a battered comm unit that had been Ginjos personal unit for years::
::Ginjo took the shot and placed a crew wide call:: "this is your captain speaking if any of you are able to visit id love to see you guys.

Hae stared into space for a moment before Gin's question registered.
"Hm.. Yes. He is awake. They said they did not want any visitors until..."
She stopped when when the comm went off.
"He is sane.." She finished her sentence with a small giggle. "So I guess our captain is as sane as ever.." She giggled once more and brushed back her hair. "Eh.. well.. I am gonna go and visit.. anyone else care to tag along?"

Gin nodded, shifting her form just enough to pass as human. No more furry ears, and no tails in sight.
"I'd like to come with, if it's not a problem. He should probably know who's been staying in his bar."
"You mean who three of the people staying in the bar used to work for?"
"Pretty much. Blaze, you gonna be alright?"
"Mm...crispy goons."
Shade smiled a little.
"She'll be fine, Gin. I'll keep an eye on her."

Hae nodded her head as if giving the three dragons permission to join her.
"Of course. He should not be armed.. so I think you are safe to tell him that.
It was a sad attempt at humor. She waited a moment to see if any others would like to tag along before leading the way to the stations hospital, once there she lead the way to Ginjo's room she hesitated a moment and looked back at the dragons before knocking loudly on the closed door and waited for an answer.

Rose began to stirr, as her body started to wake up from a sleep she didn't know she fell to, she felt and smelled she was in a place she wasn't before. She could sense that she wasn't alone, and that she was in a bed. Not her bed, and not one of the ships sick beds in the infirmary. But a lumpy squishy bed in what smealt like a hospital.
Rose didn't like hospitals that much, it could have been that you didn't come across hospitals that knew how to take care of her kind without them wondering why she wasn't in an animal hospital. Whispers started to enter her ears as they woke up to sounds. She wasn't afraid of what they'd do, she just wanted them to go away. It seemed like they wouldn't until she was awake.
She could hear peeping sounds and feel something in her nose and things in her arms. She didn't like things that were on her that she didn't put on herself. One eye opened, and she heard a body sigh, when she opened her other eye, she couldn't see out of it because of the white gauze.
"Get Out" She said calmly and shortly as she could without screaming.
The doctor and the nurses in the room, didn't know what to think but scurry away. Finally, if only just for a moment she was alone.

::Ginjo propped himself up in bed and waited to see if anyone from his crew was able to respond he knew that most of them had lived he had made sure of that, even to the point of giving some of his own life force to keep those dangerously close to death from crossing over.::
::Ginjo heard his room mate who up till now had been silent order everyone out::
::Ginjo:: "you know some of us don't have a leg to walk out with, keep it down your safe and they know how to treat most of the known species in the universe here."

Rose rolled her eyes and sighed as she went to take the gauze of her eye, which she could clearly see out of. She noticed that she was shackled to the bed. "Silly humans" She thought aloud as she broke her wrists away easily and took of the gauze from her eye and propped herself up.
She looked to her left, "Sorry Captain did you say something?" She asked him in a sarcastic clueless tone, as if she didn't hear him but did.She smirked

She continued to smile, and stretched a little, "Better then ever, Captain. Now were are my clothes.. if these humans have half a brain, i'm sure the authorities are on there way and i must make my exit stage right" She said as she hopped out of bed, as she landed she felt unbelievabley bad pain that made her stay scrutched to the floor and she groaned a little, before she managed to stiffle herself from showing pain.

Gin watched as the nervous doctor and nurses streamed out of the room.
"Well...ok then. Somebody in there must have woken up on the wrong side of their meds."
She stuck her head through the now open door and tried her best to smile, though she wasn't really sure what sort of reaction she might get. The female on the ground surprised her a bit, but she focused on the male in the other bed.
"Hi. Ginjo, right?"
