is there a difference between anime and chibi??

Anime is kinda cartoony, but usually proportionate. Chibi is VERY cartoony, and super-deformed!

thanks, i look at them and all i say was that looks more like a three year old's drawing but i have seen manga that use chibi drawing so i thought i would ask
