I think I actually read something on this topic once.
It is perfectly possible for a straight guy to like Ouran. It's a comedy, and comedies are enjoyable no matter what.
Have your friend watch it sometime.

So what? It doesn't make you gay or anything. I mean, it's perfectly normal, unless your making it a gay situation for yourself, than that's different. I'm techinally watching an anime that is very perverted and shows alot of "girl nude scenes" and that doesn't mean I'm gay. Your friend is misunderstanding the situation and I bet if he watched it, then the situtation might be different.
