There's only three clans right now, so it's all going in one post! XD

Clan description: An extremely furtive lot that keeps to themselves, best known for living underground in a series of large, gloomy caverns, and also for their penchant for the color black and spiders. The drow live in an extremely rigid matriarchal society, where the females are vicious and the males, extremely subservient. The queen holds her position only through the fear she instills in all around her, and also her large and well-trained private army. Higher ranked drow tend to have low life expectancies; the noble families are locked in a vicious power struggle to seize the throne. Drows are easily identifiable; they are usually black with white, grey, purple, and red markings--prominently featuring spiders and spiderwebs.

Clan name: Steamclan
Leader (player): ???
Clan description: Members of Steamclan, masters of artifice and science, are often seen lurking around the lairs of mad scientists, making off with scraps of metal and...other materials to put towards their own questionable uses. Not necessarily insane, but certainly eccentric. Most Steamclan mice sport geometric markings reminiscent of machinery, and a rare trait exhibited by some Steamclan members (perhaps as a result of being around slightly radioactive substances all day) results in glowing markings. Steamclan society is dictated by the Guild of Artificers, a guild of master scientists and inventors which all Steamclan mice aspire to join. The guild is organized in a hierarchical structure, with a council of elders at the top. As for its location, that is a carefully guarded secret, possibly because nobody can predict where it is from day-to-day...at some point in the distant past, the master artificers of the Guild decided that what it (and the surrounding city) really needed was legs.

Clan name: Tribal Horde
Leader (player): ???
Clan description: Far and away one of the largest of mouse clans, the tribal horde can be found wherever there is an element of danger with sharp, pointy teeth. A hunter-gatherer (or, well, just gatherers, actually) society that practices a certain amount of democracy in all decision making, these mice roam far and wide in search of adventure and new challenges to their physical strength. No central government rules these mice; they follow the laws of the jungle! They are typically found in small groups that effectively take down anything that attempts to challenge them. Tribal mice are easy to identify by their tattoo-like markings (which occasionally glow due to their diet of phosphorescent jungle mushrooms), and also by the fact they are attempting to gnaw off your foot.

Leader (player): Dyslexic Rat
Clan description: ...no official description yet! Neon clan features mice of appropriate neon colors. Also, Neon clan lives in a large warren fairly close to the Underdark, and has a longstanding feud with the Drow.
