Its not usually that hard. Just learn to open up and don't look down so much. You can never know when someone's trying to be friends with you. Keep your head up ^_^

lolz i used to super fail at making friends XD i have to wait for people to talk to me usually...but i got better ^_^ it has a lot to do with who the friends you already have are and the environment you spend most of your time in, after i started going to my new school i became less shy it was a miracle! lololololol...I'm still hella shy though and get really nervous when i have to talk to people though D:
but friends are good!! biggrin cept the mean ones...but that doesn't make sense! hahahaha

Same here. I'm very shy, and I wouldn't strike a conversation with the other party usually, unless I have a "medium" that can help us get us both an a topic. Or in some cases, I clique with someone, but this only happens on the third or fourth meeting, and this is rare too. sweatdrop Plus the fact that I look unapproachable, and have mood swings and viola! You've got the failure formula of making friends. xD

Aww, making friends isn't too hard sometimes. It's much easier when you have the confidence to approach people yourself, but I know what it's like being without it, too.
But don't worry, I think this guild is one of the best places for making friends on Gaia, if you're interested in the subject and the community. Everyone here is generally super nice, so don't be afraid to say hi. And if they get snarky, I'll smack 'em for you. ;D Lulz.

I don't find it too hard to make friends. Especially here, haha.
I guess it just works out for me that no one is put off by me flirting or anything.
Ask Kage, the first time I met her I threw a flirty line at her (in a similar guild). xD;
Try hanging out in the Tangent. Quite a few regulars and the topics are a little crazy but everyone's very friendly. And don't get put off if someone flirts with you the first time you post, that's very normal. :3
