How ever I might live in a commune after I pass away. Hive so to speak. Any thoughts on this?

I have heard of this. Some pertaining to "Brotherhood" and "Collectives" that have individual purposes, but the purposes share a common goal and thus somehow share a common consciousness. Basically, what one is aware of, they all know. So when a member of that group completes a "life time" they return to that group and share their experience with the others.
There is also the "Fragmented Soul" theory. Some beings are said to be able to split their soul off into a multitude of directions then return to the original soul when completed.
There are probably many who come from a "Collected Conciousness"

Hmm....I don't know about that, but I do have a way of finding how one died in their past life. I drowned.

I feel that I, as my higher self, am not only here on this earth, living my life, but also up there or out there or ~somewhere~... like you said, fragmented yet still whole. But the idea of a commune or hive mentality, a gathering of many souls who learn through each other, is very intriguing! A group of souls get together and choose what to learn, then go their seperate ways to learn and experience, then come back together and share! Hmmmmm.... definitely food for thought!

My uncle believes he is aware of at least 5 fragements of himself living in this time, mostly over in Europe and Asia. Me, I haven't even considered seeking out my fragements. They have their objectives, I have mine. I will meet them when it is apropriate to do so.
