As you walk in, you smell the new equipment, see items such as dumbells, punching bags, treadmills, arena, race track, ect. "Hello and Welcome to the Brotherhood of Steel's brand new gym. Now General Ender, even though he is very trustful, was hesitant about this, so please make this work.
RULES:
1. NO FIGHTING! The ring is used with my permission. If you don't heed this warning, you will be suspended from the gym for two days. Then,when you come back, act as if nothing happened. The ring is only used for PRACTICING MOVES! NOT TO INTENTIONALY HURT SOMEONE!
2. The race track is for you to train yourself to run faster if we go into a battle, conflict, or war. If you need target practice, ask General Ender if you can make a thread like that, ok?
3. The weights are not toys. DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT treat them like they are. Which means no throwing, swinging, or fighting over them. Do one rep (that's 10 lifts) then pass them.
4. This is a gym. Treat it like one. Treat others nicely also.
WARNING!
ANY violation of these rules in an unreasonable amount of times, you will ALL be suspendend and the gym will shut down, never to run again, got it? Good. If you don't understand, free to pm me with questions.

I edited some of your punctuation, grammar, spelling, etc. to make it look better, basically proofreading, nothing to worry about, didn't change any of your wording. It looks good and hopefully it'll take off or be reasonably popular. 3nodding

Paladinship is earned through long-term service and loyalty. Anyone who gives that has a chance at being a Paladin, but anyone who shows strong leadership capabilities is at the top of my list as candidates, no matter how long they've been with The Brotherhood, well, not if their a few months old in the guild, but you get the idea. But your pretty new to the guild and I haven't seen you post alot so far, so I really don't know much about you or how you'll turn out, so maybe, maybe not. It's been some who have been with the guild for over a year and a half and still waiting to become Paladin, but lack the leadership capabilities to lead people, so they'll more than likely not be put in that position. If I don't see any type of leadership qualities in a person, their chances of becoming a Paladin is next to none and if they don't talk or post much, then that doesn't even show me anything or bring me to know what qualities they possess. So you may or may not have leadership potential, hard to see with you being so new to the guild.

Anyone has a chance, but only a elite few makes it, especially since the need for a new Paladin doesn't come up often and if it's no one who we think is ready to be a Paladin, we try to get one of the retired Elders, who was once Paladins to come back for awhile to lead a Division. Paladin quality members don't come along often in my opinion. But for you to have a real chance over all of the other members in the guild, you have a long ways to go in the ways of progressing yourself to be a excellent quality member. Anyways, I'm getting offline for a few hours, a bit tired and bored at the moment.
