Since we have a thread for character art, I've decided to make a thread for the shameless promotion displaying of all our random non-character art that we fell like inflicting upon sharing with everybody else. And to start things off, I'll include this spiffy thing.

Ahiko's art skeelz make me want to bow down repeating, "I am not worthy! I am not worthy!" until my vocal chords explode.
I will hopefully be posting something of mine here in the near future, but at this time, I have nothing that looks all nice and finished. Nothing good, anyway.

I will hopefully be posting something of mine here in the near future, but at this time, I have nothing that looks all nice and finished. Nothing good, anyway. I have no skills...just way too much time to practice xd (Or I did, at least.) Besides, I never have control of what I draw. It just pops out. gonk I wish I could draw my characters, but I'm never able to...really. I look around deviantart and see all the really cool people and it makes me sad sad I'd like to bottle their talent, si possible. surprised Post! Post!

This is really not my best, but it was the only finished thing I have on hand. The scanner made the colors mush together a little bit. Anyways, it is an illustration of a lyric from the song Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds, the lyric being, "Picture yourself in a boat on a river, with tangerine trees and marmalade skies." Painted in watercolor.

Whee. I got my required Valentine's Day art up today. So that if you feel the need to prove that you think your loved one will be won by buying stuff, and for pretty cheap too, you can request me to make it available as a print. Because I kept a big version of it for just that eventuality. I will NOT be selling it through Deviant Art. This is because, in addition to charging WAY too much for the printing in the first place, they take half of your profits too! Instead, I'll go to my local print shop, and have them print out a nice poster-sized version on that shiny photo paper that they have, because shinies are good. mrgreen Okay. Click here.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 2.0. Yes, I know it's cheating. But it looks spiffier that way. And spiffyness is all that matters. razz
