OMG I ACTUALLY FOUND IT XD
Hail, Gaians! Those mysterious admins have asked me to share this important proclamation...
After some hard work from our industrious devs, we've implanted one of the most requested features on Gaia (other than virtual tie racks): the ability for Guild Captains and Vice Captains to easily dispatch announcements about upcoming events, contests, and more to their members. Just like regular announcements on Gaia, guild members will be notified up top in the site header.
