Personality: Isibeal is a very outgoing and charismatic person. Being in the Institute has not dampened her spirit whatsoever, but has in fact made her even more rebellious. Isibeal can have a rather quick temper. She is known to be a heavy drinker, but never seems to get drunk.
Bio: Before her time in the Institute, Isibeal was a con-artist on the streets of Dublin. Isibeal was the best at what she did, and she knew it very well. She and her younger sister lived in relative luxury (compared to others at this time). Things kept on this way until Isibeal played her first loosing con at age 16. Isibeal had lost to a man who worked for the Institute, and was soon taken there. The scientists who worked on her were interested in finding a way to improve the environment, so they experimented on her in a number of plant based ways. The scientists succeeded in giving her the ability to control plants, and were fairly happy with their result. So far since, Isibeal hasn’t been experimented on much. She is allowed out of her cell from time to time, because she needs at least an hour of natural sunlight every week to stay alive. The rest of the time she’s kept in a special cell with two ten gallon tanks of herbicide attatched to it.

Description or Picture: Isibeal has reddish-orange hair that goes down to her knees, emerald green eyes, and lily white skin. She is about 5’5” tall, and has the physique of someone who doesn’t get to eat much. The only thing Isibeal usually wears is a slightly tattered green dress.
