WHO WOULD WIN IN A FIGHT?!
Unicron or Galactus?
Who'll will it be?
GALACTUS
Galactus is the Ravager of Worlds and, also, Devourer of Worlds. His abilitie is that he possesses of the Comosic Power. He can control time, space, teleportation, and many more. He is one of the villains faced in the Marvel comics, or, more specificly, the Fantastic Four.

Unicron
Unicron is the Cybertronian God of Darkness and Chaos. He is also known as the Chaos Bringer. He devoures worlds also. He can transform into a large transformers, like most. He is the villain and evil god of the Transformers.

Everybody always thinks this is such a great comparison and it'd be an even matchup. But there's a huge difference between Galactus and Unicron.
See, Galactus doesn't actually eat planets. He just sucks the life out of them. Whereas Unicron eats whatever gets in his way. Inhabited worlds. Dead planets. Asteroids, comets, and he'd probably just as easily wash it all down with a nebula garnished with a few stars.
Statistically, Galactus would run out of food long before Unicron does.

Though I seem to remember Matt Moylan from Lil' Formers doing a couple of comics involving Chaos Bringer - World Consumer interaction. though in my head, I see Unicron and Galactus arguing over who had first dibs. That or Unicron looking at a planet Galactus is looking at and saying "hey, man, you gonna eat that?" Yeah... Unicron is just more of a massive, cosmic scale than Galactus. Don't get me wrong, they both bring something to the table cosmically. Both maintain the status quo, for every planet and system that's created, another is destroyed, blah-de-blah-de-blah. But like Mylian said... Unicron is not picky. Why Galactus just eats energy, Unicron will eat anything... Planets, Asteroids, Galactus... Anything that gets in his way. *pose* It's kind of one sided. That and Unicron's heralds could kick that whiny Silver Surfer's chrome-plated aft any day of the week.

Now heralds, that's another story, that I'm not so sure about. I can't find specifics on Galvatron's capabilities, but Cyclonus is one of Unicron's lesser heralds, and he could (according to his Universe toy bio) "sterilize the surface of an inhabited world by himself".
But foremost among Unicron's servants is undoubtedly The Fallen. And I think The Fallen could go toe to toe with the Silver Surfer. Who would win, I dunno, but man that'd be a fight to see. From a few light-years away, preferably.

Well, Unicron can transform and eat planets, but Galactus came acutally teleport UNIVERSES! He has the powers over time, space, and comoses. I don't see Unicron doing any of that.
But really, it is about even.

Unicron isn't just a bigass hungry robot, he's a god in his own right. He can do that stuff too.

I don't think Unicron would be willing to be the guy who goes around eating the Twinkies and Oreos after Galactus has gone and sucked out all the filling.
