Forest of Abysmal Darkness. Home to the mazoku and the dark denizens of Termina. The thick forest bunched together with bushy trees that makes it extremely hard for light to permeate through it even through daylight ours. For that very reason the forest is occupied by the nocturnal races of Termina. Many creatures have been reported here and even some Necromancers choose not to venture off too far into the forest, not because of what lies inside but because of the far amount of unexplored lush darkness extends for miles. Once the main side of the forest is crossed, the Kingdom of Eternal Nights known as Vellspar, home of the Night Children can be reached.

Ko enjoyed the Abysmal forest the most of all the places in the undead lands. He got to hunt little creatures to giant ones and all of them could give him a great meal besides the skeletal ones. Ko was used to the taste of the tainted flesh from the creatures and had never tasted anything any sweeter to him.
In the shadowy depths of the forest he stalked a group of ghouls that he chose for his next meal. Each one of the gibbering, purple skinned, foul-stenched creatures stood in a brush area looking at something else not paying any attention to the dangers lurking behind them. Ko, still in his panther form, slowly crept up to one and snatched it backward into the brush he was occupying. Once he had killed the creature he left it in the dead brush to hunt its comrades knowing one would be nowhere enough for his apatite.
He hunted and killed the remaining ghouls and brought them back to his little area and started to feed on the tainted flesh of the creatures. Ko felt great as he tore the smaller creatures apart and devoured their appendages one by one.Ko paused after his second one and growled in contentment,"This is the life."

 While Ko would go off and feed Varak would wander by himself in the shadows of the forest. The air had a stale taste to it but Varak was used to such things. Walking by one of the many trees there was a flower growing between the moss and bark. Varak walked over to it and inspected it. He would run his thumb along the rim of its pedals. It almost held a certain beauty even in the night sky. Seconds later however the pedal and the rest of the flower would begin to turn black and shrivel. As it did so the dead pedals would crumple and fall to the ground. Varak curled his wrist so that his palm was facing him. He would stare at it for a moment almost in disappointment. "Hm, it is obvious our views on life differ." Varak said as though speaking to the Netherworld. Varak would next place his hand on the tree his hand would glow green and the word "Nehc-co" would leak out of his mouth. Pulling his hand away from the tree a flash of smoke would appear then the tree would suck it into itself. You could hear the wood beneath the bark begin to crack and splinter as it began to decay. Before the spell had time to do any real damage he would cancel it with the word "Vivita." Normally for such a spell, much like what happened to the flower, he would not have to speak the word, but at times, it made him feel like he was in more control. Now by this time the Underseer Council had grown more forgiving to Varak's nature unlike their relationship in the past. This made it easier for Varak to manipulate and take part in political matters. The thing is these days nothing much happened. At the current moment they were not at war and Necropolis for the most part did what the law or council men told them to do. Good thing he had Ko around to entertain him. To see if Ko was on his toes he would make Ko thing that there was another forest creature near by. To do this he would make a loud roar in Ko's head. It would be loud enough to sound as if it were right beside him. If any thing this would help to keep him on his toes since he is feeding he is distracted.

Ko metally heard the roar and reacted with a feral rage that very few creatures could match. He bounded straight in front of himself into a tree. twisting himself so he could spring from the tree to behind his original position. As he came to an abrupt about face, he changed his arms to that of a gorilla's. He quickly smashed through the tree next to him and continued his rampage near him knowing that whatever creature wanted to disturb his meal would end up joining him by becoming part of it.
He slowed his pace after a few minutes and transformed his arms back to paws. He had a very good idea about who was disturbing his meal now and he was less than amused."May I ask what that was for or do you just enjoy watching me destroy pieces of this dead forest?" Ko asked through his mental link with Varak. Ko was very irritated that his meal was interrupted and became even more irritated by his inability to have an addition to his meal.

Varak could hear a roar off in the distance and he knew immediately that it was Ko. He smirked because he knew it worked again. He thought about denying his influence but he didn't want Ko to think he was more crazy than he normally is. Not to mention Ko's elite senses would have caught on soon because Varak didn't post any other influences like visual or smell. Varak could hear Ko loud and clear. It didn't matter if they were on separate ends of the continent of if one of them was in the Nether. Because they were soul bound he could hear Ko as if he was, to an obvious stand point, in side his head I was simply keeping you on your toes and wished to inquire if you are done yet.

"No I am not done and just for that I'm gonna take my sweet time eating," Ko sent back to Varak. He knew Varak's patience would eventually wear thin and he would be taking one of the ghouls with them but he would try and enjoy his meal never the less as he started to munch again.
"We really need a change of pace from this place," Ko thought not caring if Varak was still listening or not."I mean seriously, Dead everywhere, or at least Undead. Why cant we find a place to make some mischief instead of being cooped up? Oh... Right.... He's a council member so he cant have any fun.... Man I wish I could just eat all those uppity Necros and then have some fun."Ko thought with irritation lacing them."Gah... oh well. I'll just deal with it for now." Ko growled out as he picked up one of the ghouls he had not started eating and headed back to Varak.

Varak could see Ko coming back and thus turned around and headed back toward the Fortress. It was one of the few times the forests was actually quiet. It was disturbing. Varak was used to and liked the unnatural sounds of places like the forest and Spire. Mind you, being some one such as him self he would have to be. Did you enjoy your meal? Varak asked Ko as he walked with his hands crossed at the small of his back. As they made their way back to the Fortress they would exit the forest near the entrance of Necropolis where off in the distance they could see the Spire. The Temple was magnificent. He would go there from time to time to ensure the raising of the dead was done properly but at this moment there were a few things he needed to attend to at the Fortress. [Exit -> Nermolica Fortress]

Ko answered Varak's mental question with a firm nod shaking his meal in his jaws. He stayed silent just in case an actual creature decided to sneak up on him this time. He may be annoyed that Varak played his game but was grateful that he did in the long run. Ko kept pace easily as he escorted Varak back to Nermolica Fortress

~Anna Belle & Gideon Anna would enter the Abysmal Forest quite haphazardly navigating towards the general direction of the Nermolica Fortress.. all the while arguing with her husband about the directions.
"What are you talking about! I have a damn good sense of direction sir. I'll have you remember that I was a elf who lived in the woods of the Godslayer Mountains of my youth." Gideon would snap back with. " Well you must of been the most lost elf of all in those wood mam." The two would end the talk for after ann would let out a vexed scream of frustration. The silence would hold for only a few minutes until Gideon would speak up.
"I'm sorry My black rose, I was wrong to critisize your directional prowess. You forgive me?" Anna 's eye s would have a silver glint ans her voice would slowly crack as she'd hug herself saying, " Oh! You foolishly lovable man of course I for give you. I love you honey and you should never forget that." Gideon would chuckle.
"how could I, we're bound by our vows and our like minds." The two voices would mylodicaly meld as they'd laugh to each other. Then the thought of what Endora may of been doing along with them came to Gideons mind. " Wait is that woman still with use I completely forgot about her." Anna would take control and stop the body and turn to see if Endora was with them or just going the proper way on her own. " Deathmoon-chan, are you still with use!" Gideon would call out to Anna in thought saying, You should leave her to play with the ghouls and giant man flesh worms.
Anna would snap at him, " Hush up you, you keep on being rude to someone you barely know personally. So if she has a distaste for men, and can be a bit greedy. She just want's her fair share."
fair share the woman lives a more luxurious life than some of the richer living humans and vampire counts. I don't want to hear any excuses. I'll leave the subject here, but you should not be so friendly with her. She's not the best of people. Anna would give a small scoff as Gideon would finish and settle back in her consciousness.

 Endora;;
The couple's arguing about the directions was suprisingly annoying so Endora stayed a bit behind, still enough to see them, hearing wasn't that much of a problem. "They ask me with them not knowing where to go?" Endora said irritated.
"I guess I can leave those notes for later", Endora wondered by herself. "I will just ask to see them when Anna finds them, she would propably just show them to me in her stupidy. Though that man is kind off in the way", She kept thinking.
Soon Endora heard that the couple had made up. Endora making faces in her mind as she felt to puke for their love-dovey chat. Soon hearing her name she came back to reality. "Yes yes, I am still here", Endora said as she came closer. "Though completly ignored until now", She felt adding, but keeping it inside of her. "Missed me Mr. Gideon?" She said with flirty tone.
"Where are we going anyway?" Endora managed to ask after a while. "The council is not in middle of forest, is it?" She marveled. "Rather gloomy place to go talk about life", Endora joked, finding herself amusing.

~ Anna belle and Gideon Ana would smile and walk over to Endora as she spotted her after hearing her call out. " Ahh there you are Deathmoon-chan." you shouldn't trail off from use, we're traveling together aren't we. So we should stay together, all three of use." As Endora would address Gideon he'd surface in Anna to make a disgusted expression on Anna's face as Endora would fake some flirtatious advance. It made Gideon truly sickened to see this act displayed before him a and his pure hearted wife, but for his earlier promise and his character to hold his vows with Anna, he'd not say anything other than make the expression telegraphing these emotions.
Anna would not notice this shot of emotion from gideon and the change in her face as Endora went on.
"Well Deathmoon-chan we have our meeting to attended to at the Nermolica fortress. It seems we won't gather the entire overseer lot but we'll get some considerably note worthy names in attendance and the happenings of this meeting will be something to pass down to generations to come. so we'll most definitely come to a more tempered area to talk, yet I must say it won't be that much more pleasing in aesthetics" Anna would turn on the heels of her feet and continue on with gideon giving her a gentle astral nudge in the right direction when she was about to make a mistake it would take a few minutes but the group would come to the forest exit at Nermolica Fortress.

Kelkanis was at the edge of the forest. He felt a great evil and darkness inside of it. He whispered a quick prayer and began walking into the forest.
(gideon is a dawn of war person o.o hes an inquisitor)
