Same rules as everyone else! WOO!

Irasmus
Fascinated with what he does. VERY smart, with an intelligence that seems inhuman. Sometimes, a little too laid back (Oh, there goes the in up in flames oops...oh well.) But not at all mean. Hes very kind if youre not afraid of him or if youre not an idiot. He appreciates those with the higher intellect very much, but he also appreciates power. Hes not full of himself, but has seen and been through much too much to be considered modest. New life forms astonish him so much. Oh, and if he says that he wants to dissect you then try to bring you back again, its a compliment. I suppose he could be called a necromancer prodigy. When he was 12, he was far smarter then any institute could handle, so he was at home reading most of the time, yet he also helped his dad care for animals. When he was younger, his pet dog died and he was distraught, so in logical thinking, he decided to end his pain and perform an experiment with his childhood fascination, the occult art of necromancy. It worked. It was only after his bone zombie dog followed him on errands though, that he was thrown out of the village. He missed his parents, but he came to terms with it and moved on in about two days. The years past have been spent perfecting his art in the face of adversity. To tell the absolute truth, he finds the idea of people fearing HIM rather amusing. He would never hurt a living being! But there HAVE been accidents...

Irasmus walked along the unpaved road towards the village and reflected, his mind not truly on where he was going.
"That was the third house in a year..." He sighed. When were the villagers going to think of a more productive method of driving him out of town than burning down his house? He understood all too well the populous' fear of necromancy, but burning down ones house was just rude!
He continued walking, half noting the sign post that showed a new town further up the road. Perhaps they would welcome him a bit more here.

When he reached the village gates though, he hesitated. Would he even have enough money? After a few minutes of silent observation, he headed for the local bar, for directions to an inn and perhaps a job...he was running terribly low on pocket money...

Name: Rei Ena
Race: Half bred werewolf (one of five in the world)

Personality: Somewhat shy and cautious, but once he becomes involved with you, he becomes a bit overly familiar and fatally loyal. He also is very guarded about his bloodline.

((Thank you, thank you, thank you for joining me! heart I was afraid no one would! I'll start the story off!))

Irasmus noticed the small size and simplicity of the village around him, and also noticed the strange air of panic that seemed to drive the people into their homes before sundown. Irasmus entered the bar and scanned its weary inhabitants. Travelers, Peddlers, all spending drinking themselves to oblivion so early?
He sat down at the bar and called over an attendant.
"Excuse me, but what has the village in such a shudder?" The barman stared at Irasmus skeptically, but then his voice dropped and he answered.
"Bandits. All around in these woods. Big bounty on the leaders head too, but ou didnt hear that from me."

"I'll remember that," said a young man from behind the barkeep. "Why don't you just be a useful little barkeep and tell me wher I can find these bandits and just how much those heads of their's will bring?" questioned the blond-haired boy, a sardonic smile spread across his face to demonstrate how serious this question was.

The barkeep looked up startled and surprised, then muttered something about being very busy and scurried away. Something in the boys eyes had him terribly spooked.
Irasmus looked up and made eye contact.
"Hmmmm...a bounty hunter then? Or a mercernary perhaps? You look young to be such. I apologize, but I have to interject. I require this money, and so I would much appreciate it if you allow me to claim the bounty head. I would be most greatful." He never broke eye contact and his voice was steady and warm, as if this complete stranger were a good friend.

"Mph!" Rei had met guys like this before. The simple translation was, "I don't want any trouble, but I'll take you down for the rights to this bounty."

"Listen, guy," Rei replied, his tone one of defensive indifference. "I really need this money, too. I don't think that I'll even be able to move on from here witout it, so, don't you think we can reach some kind of compromise? I don't need a fight and anything is beeter than nothing..." he grumbled, not really thinking that.

Irasmus smiled broadly and nodded.
"Oh, the last thing I wish to do is fight young one. I have no intention of hurting anyone. Besisdes, I suppose that as long as we split the work we can split the pay..."
Irasmus didnt really want to share, but he needed the money and was NOT in the mood for a fight...

"Well, as long as that's settled," sighed the boy. The long day's work that he had done cleaning out demon's from the local forest had yielded little pay, but taken much from his body. Exhausted, he stood to leave. "When do you want to begin? Tomorrow should be good for me..." he said, hinting as strongly as he could without being rude.

Irasmus nodded, though he wasn't tired, he could take a hint.
"Yes...tommorrow shall be fine. Say...two hours after dawn here?"
He smiled at the boy, his mind alread working out as to where he could go now.
Perhaps I can offer the innkeep extra pay once I receive it to let me spend tonight there for free... He was hoping.

"?" thought Rei, noticing the scheming smile on the other man's face. If he thought he was going to swipe his money, he had another thing coming. Well, he would have to stay ontop f the older man, as he seemed somewhat suspicious in his intentions. "Well then..." faltered the boy, stil feeling those eyes penetrating his back. "I suppose that I'll see you then..." he finished, turning to leave.

Irasmus nodded, not paying 100% attention, his mind on the current situation.
"Yes...good day..."
He turned and looked down the bar until he caught sight of the barkeep, staring at him with threatened eyes. He sighed and turned back. There would be nothing more asked of that man tonight, he was already petrified of the bandits, let alone the two creepy mercenaries - one who had snuck up on him and the other looking as if he had no color left in him.
"Now where to stay...?" He muttered to himself quietly. Speaking out loud sometimes seemed to clarify the problem for him. Irasmus sighed once more and stood, turning towards the door. He would have to find the inn himself...
