Okay, consider you, the way you consider yourself. Now take that, and consider your heart, then your body itself. Do not think of your body as you, just as what you are inside of. The thing thinking you, what is it? You can think of your mind as not you, and your heart/soul as not you. So, what essentially is you? The innate feeling of self. This is what I think. Most people can manage at least two different personas of them self. I can manage 3 at the same time. One being my mind, the other my heart, the final my spirit. I believe in the soul, yes? And I believe that the soul has seen or at least existed before the body and mind you have now. Your mind is shaped in coordination of your body and soul interacting. But what allows us, Humans to think? Are we really some God's playthings, and experiment in worship gone awry? Or maybe evolution is correct, or mostly in parts. Redundant. I've spent my years trying to answer this question. And I look at things through a sort of religious point of view. Thirty-five thousand years ago. The first spark of human awareness. Don't ask me for sources. Maybe the rebel angels from the second great war, who were turned into the conscious elementary particles found the human mind to be a perfect conduit for existence. Maybe they did this as an act of vengeance towards their now hated God. But I digress from possible fiction, too much anime and fantasy novels I suppose. The mind is a powerful object, perhaps the most there ever will be. But it is so easily influenced! Experiments, simple albeit lovely experiments, where one would wear lenses that reverse everything one sees, turning the world literally upside down. The first few days are disorienting, but soon the mind adapted and some testers of this could resume life as normal, ie skiing, driving, and the such. Other studies have shown that one Finish man spent just over two weeks in a solitary room, comfortable but stripped bare, without food or sleep. He kept up with liquid through an IV. But he sat, and just continually told his brain that he was freezing to death. Two weeks, after intensely studying the material of how freezing feels, the effects and appearance of it, and the such beforehand. After two weeks the door unlocked, and two doctors and others who were apart of the experiment reported that the subject had frostbite his toes, fingers, nose, the sort, and that he was suffering from hypothermia. The temp in the room was 73 degrees the entire time. The man's mind had been tricked and as the mind controls the body, rightfully assorted it so that the body itself would even be damaged. Lovely.] But, apparently through mediation, isolation and study, one could change who they were, just by using the mind. I love it! And modes of thinking or being through the three types: The Mind-Typically calculating and cold, but questions everything in his or her own way, sometimes becoming almost robotic. The Soul-A feeling of wisdom and "old" can sometimes be found around this type. Pessimistic and caring. The Heart-Flighty and deeply caring this type will carry their emotions on their shoulders. Big smiles. The Body- Detached and unquestioning, this type is self preserving and self centered. All 4 together makes a mad man, apparently. The heart is found in children, the soul can be found in kids of 10 years to the elderly. The mind is generally found in soldiers or strategic people, and the body in mostly people who are stubborn. I have noticed that myself can manage 3 of them. Through the Internet, while faceless, I can be the heart. Around strangers and adults The Mind suits me. Me alone will be the soul. Around friends it would be a combination of mind and soul.

Sorry, I skim through it since its hard to read really long... text with no paragraphs and long sentences.
Anyway, I do agree that the mind is a powerful tool, the Universe is actually made of thoughts.
