It was easier said than done, the preperations for sending a mass of people to hell...was a lot of work. Not to mention that Vampy had to go over and reread all the files on the children that had volunteered. He ...was a bit surprised, alright greatly surprised by the amount of spawn that had come forth signing up for the 'feild trip' of sorts. Mostly it was the few names he had read that surprised him the most. There were quite a few he never would of suspected thaty they would of all people come.
He had to wonder about it all, this was a good way of getting the spawn to face the pure breeds. He had mentioned on the sign up that the trip would be dangerous, certianly not a walk in the park. He expected inuries, and thus he had summoned Aden. He needed to speak with the doctor about the preperatons. Normally he would summon Almas...but he had made a deal with Luthor...he wouldn't go near the fallen as long as he went to the class he had set up for him.
He awaited in his office an unsually frown on his face as he peered at the list of names on more time. There...certianly were a lot of wrath spawn going. He made a mental note to NOT buddy wrath spawn up together.
Aden was whistling as he made his way from his area, the hospital wing of the Labs, toward his boss's office. He was in a rather good mood but the summons from Vampy made him wonder what was up. To be suddenly 'needed' was something that he would admit worried him ever so slightly. He was glad he'd had time to get a last smoke in before the note was handed over to him telling him report to Vampy. He lifted a hand to tap it against the door before heading inside, "Afternoon, Boss." He greeted the man, giving a smile as he walked toward him.
The silver haired man opened his eyes to look at Aden in a serious manner, his cold gold eyes glittering as he analyzed the human before finally half turning to shuffle the papers on his desk.
"I have need for you skills Doctor Aden..." he stressed the word Doctor meaning this was suppose to remain a professional meeting. He had heard rumors of Aden's behavoir towards some of the staff, though he had hardly bothered to pay attention as unless discipline was called for he would let it slide for now.
"I am going to confide in you that I will be going on a trip soon...and I will be bringing some of the spawn with me."
"Eh? My skill? Not feeling well?" He asked curiously, well now that was interesting, he'd never pegged his Boss as one that might get sick. Of course the question was answered a moment later when he spoke of a 'trip' somewhere, "A trip, huh?" Vampy had never really struck him as the sort that would go on a trip with a bunch of spawn, that was for sure. As such it made him sort of wonder, "Where are you heading?"
"We will be heading to Hell. I am having Mr. Zyane prepare a portal for us." He explained as casually as if they were going to the museum. No biggy.
"My concern lays with the fact I will be having a bunch of wrath baised spawn going with us...tempers could fly before we even get anywhere. I want you to create a sedative that I can use if need be. I don't want to be forced to knock them unconcious unless I absolutely need to..." He stated as he continued to gather his papers. "As well to help reign in their blood lust if they get carried away..." He snorted at the idea.
Aden tilted his head to the side before he lifted a hand so he could adjust his glasses before he seemed to just stare. Wait... what? They were going to he Hell? That was a rather strange place to be vacationing he thought to himself before he listened to what was being said before he gave a thoughtful sort of sound, "I... suppose that I could given a sample of blood to work with." He said, "Though wouldn't it be better for you Techs to work on it? They seem as if they might be a bit better at concoting strange things."
Vampy turned his head to look at Aden and then pulled himself up to his full height,
"Are you questioning me?" He inquired the tone on a dangerous note, the smell of cinnamon seemed to seep into the immediate air around him. He then shook his head and made a dissmisive gesture.
"The rest of the facility here are idiots. I trust you can handle the task." He stated finally as if he was ignoring the sudden anger he had found himself getting. He let a smile slip on his face though, he knew of Aden's....rather...persistant methods and perhaps he'd let slip to a certian fallen what was going on.
Aden gave a wince, "Of course not, I wouldn't dream of that, Boss." He said in a reassuring manner, "I think given a little time I should be able to create what you need, so long as I have access to some equipment. The area I work in might not be fully equipped for what needs done." He lifted his hands up to wave them in a gesture of surrender. Eesh, the Boss really had no sense of humor, did he?
"So something to help the Wrath Spawn to be less so, anything else?"
Vampy's smile grew and he actually went to make the gesture of clapping his hands together in a pleased fashion.
"See? I knew with a bit of effort you could do it. And yes...I will need first aid kits...many of them. Perhaps speak with Almas about the healing properties of some plants...I need some sauves as well...regular types of speed healing aids...Zyane should be the one to consult with the alchemy aspect. I expect great things from you Aden...and if you don't dissapoint I am sure there will be a bonus in it for you..."
Aden gave a chuckle, "You should do that more often." He commented as he reached into his pocket to get out a pad of paper used normally for prescriptions and set to writing down what the Boss had requested, he read the list over before he lifted his head, "Your expecting the worst I am guessing, given where it is that your heading? Should I prepare the hospital wing for your return as well?"
Vampy only laughed, "Oh I don't expect it to be a walk in the park...I am going with them after all. I expect more...casualties before we leave....wrath spawn tend to have sharp tongues and tempers...I would not be surprised if someone got hurt before we even left." He murmured with a sarcastic nod of his head.
He wondered if Vampy going along would make things better or worse, hard to tell really he thought to himself before he added an extra note to prepare the hospital wing for emergencies just in case. He would see about getting Almas to stand by with him just in case as well, extra hands would be helpful in a tense situation, espeically if bleeding were involved, "I could see where a group of Wrath blooded might be a bit messy." He murmured, he figured he could see why the sedative might be useful if that were the case.
He nodded his head and then made a dismissuve gestyre to indicate he was finished with the doctor.
"That is all for now...once we are prepared I will probably be summoning you again. If you have any problems please let me know..."
