Or something like that. I hate it when "Christians" go and do whatever they want and still be better than everyone else because they can be forgiven. Last summer I went to Hurricane Harbor with a church youth group. And after nearly drowning in the wave pool me and my 'buddy' wound up in line with some of the other kids and it was one of those winding upward slope lines. It was dripping with water so they took advantage of this to lean over the edge and spit on people under us. Then later on they were going on about me saying "What the Hell?". You can spit on people but I can't say what the Hell? I know neither is good but honestly, which is worse?

dude that's messed up, and it's not loving at all. christians need to act like it.
and i say "what the hell all" the time, i just don't see a problem with it because it rolls of the tongue and just doesn't mean anything any more. however i don't say "oh my god" or "god damn it" or anything like that EVER. i don't know, it's just different.

I'd say spitting on people is worse than saying "what the Hell." At least those three words don't carry germs. Human spit however is another matter entirely stare

My favorite definition of a Christian is "A person in whom and through whom Christ lives." If you think about it, there aren't many true Christians around.
Also, Gandhi said "I like your Christ, I do not like your Christians. Your Christians are so unlike your Christ."
I also think that there are a great many people who don't label themselves as Christians, yet it is clear that Christ lives in and through them.

Eowyyn I also think that there are a great many people who don't label themselves as Christians, yet it is clear that Christ lives in and through them. This expanation can be quite simple. Usually the more a word is used the less it means. It is especially true as a word is applied to one self. This seems to mostly seem to stem from the fact that many people who can have a an idea truly apply to them merely try to live by that example and not brandish it and cause it to lose it's meaning.
