RP?
Currently looking to do some EoE RPing! Any EoE with 'Yes' on its RP status (see individual posts - and don't forget to check page 2 as well!) is available - please PM me if interested! If you have a burning desire to RP with one of my EoEs whose RP status is set to Maybe or No, please PM anyway, and we'll see if we can work something out. :3
I'm open to gen or "potential mate" roleplay (with the Equus who are single/have not seen their mates for a long time; foals not applicable). I can roleplay a group of my Equus at once if so desired. biggrin
Current scenes I'd like to do (obviously I'm open to any other scenes; this list is merely here for people who might read it and think, "Ah! I have just the Equus that I could do that scene with!"):
- A fight scene with Du Vall, preferably with a Vampire/Nightmare Equus, but any Guardian class Equus would work, too.
- Dyandes taking on a new 'protege' to train up - any foal Equus who would like to receive ninja training is welcome! (but be prepared for the obligatory snark)
- Maaya meeting new friends - anyone, foal to Elder, any class/type is welcome!
- Demyx meeting new friends - again, anyone welcome!
- Hikari meeting new friends - anyone welcome!
- Aerith meeting new friends - anyone welcome, but particularly other FFVII cosplays!
- Aerith helping someone out somehow, in particular someone who needs healing in some way.
- Miidonaito meeting new friends - anyone welcome
- Miidonaito stealing something shiny - sparkly Equus, or ones with jewellery/shiny edits are welcome
- Beezlenef is looking for someone to curse - I mean, practice magic on...anyone brave enough?
- Treguna & Mekoides are looking for Equus to creep out and play mind games with...anyone brave enough?
- Reverse meeting new friends - anyone welcome
The Info
All Shadow's EoEs live in the forests of Eden, save for a few who flitter back and forth between there and the Land of Eternal Summer, such as Claireh, Dyandes and Zorfilio. The main place where they are all drawn to is Mithkalian Clearing, named by Claireh when she first marked it out as her own, hence the name of the journal. As such, all of Shadow's EoEs ICly are aware of each other and know each other by sight, though perhaps not by name, and may never have talked with each other before.

Claireh
Personality: Difficult to describe. She's fairly friendly; when she was younger she was easily overawed but now is lot harder to intimidate. She can be overprotective and headstrong, especially in fighting situations. She's quite sharp and understanding of others like her, especially her granddaughter Iea.
Character Background: Young Claireh was brought from over the mountains. She remembers very little of what transpired, but eventually found herself in the Equus field, where she first met another like her; Eos. After spending a day or two there she joined the herd of Kestrel and Flicker, and journeyed with them to find the promised land. On the way, she met Kururugi, Dyandes and many others.
Currently Claireh resides in the mountainous land close to the Equus fields, where she can visit her son, Zorfilio, and her granddaughter, Iea.
OOC notes: First Equus, gained from being the 10,000th post on the first EoE thread! Named as a cross between Claire [RL sister] and Jinxeh, the two people I was talking to at the time. xD
Mated or Single: ...was mated to Kururugi, what happened? Claireh has not spoken with him for a long time. D:

Zorfilio  Personality: Vain, playful, friendly. He's somewhat of a mushy romantic too, when he likes someone he's suddenly very shy.
Character Background: Grew up in the Land of Eternal Summer with his parents' herd, but eventually travelled back with Claireh to her homelands. As a foal that was both part-Vampire and part-Fairy, most Equus did not know what to make of him, and he sensed that he wasn't particularly welcome. He grew to be incredibley defensive about his type, and often purposely tried to scare other foals with his Vampiric teeth. Claireh tried to bring him up best she could, but to little avail. His personality softened as he grew, although this did have the side-effect of making him incredibly vain.

Archan-
1. OOC Notes: Gained from a Halloween event where Jinxeh and Kei wre giving out buggies...got Achan, then he was chosen to be a fully-fleged Equus, and became Archan by Shadow making a typo when posting his name. XD; She likes this name equally though!
2. Personality Description: Paranoid, intelligent, often cold, he can say harsh things without meaning to, but equally can say them deliberatly. He's a tough one to figure out; if he takes a liking to you then you're sorted; if not, he'll go to hell and back to make your life a misery, and rarely changes his opinion of people.
3. Character Background: The first this Archan knew of the world was the soft wam glow of summer. He either can't or won't remember his parents, but claims he was sufficiently intelligent to fend for himself from a young age. It is difficult to dispute this, as he is somewhat of a genius. Unfortunately, he is also extremely intolerant of others, and this has earnt him a few enemies, hence his paranoid nature.

Dyandes - 
1. OOC Notes: A gift from Jinxeh, from when Alanna gave away her pet custom. Dyandes was Alanna's dream Equus, and Alanna kindly shared him with me!
2. Personality Description: Moody, cunning and clever. Prone to sarcasm and occasionally vanity. Dyandes isn't one to be polite unless he can find some sort of benefit from it or it would just be plain stupid to be rude.
3. Character Background: Dyandes was brought up in the mountains by a group called 'Wu Ban'. They were all warriors, and trained him likewise. He grew up happy and shielded from the world, until one of the group betrayed the others, and killed them all. He then turned on Dyandes, who fled, scared, angry and unstable. Dyandes stayed in the mountains for a few more years, biding his time, waiting to grow in strength. On returning to fight the traitor though, he found him already dead.
In order to forget about the events, Dyandes visited a wise dragon living in the mountains and begged him to erase his memories. After a few months of persuasion, the dragon finally consented, but warned him that it could go terribly wrong.
The dragon was right. Dyandes could still remember all of the most terrifying moments, and only one happy memory, but somehow the mind wipe had muted his feelings, and he felt detached from the whole event. He was leaving the mountains to seek a new future when he met with Kestrel's herd on their way to the Land of Eternal Summer, and joined with them.
After training Zorfilio under Claireh's watchful eye, Dyandes' personality softened somewhat. He's still very much prone to complaining and sarcasm, but it's less vicious than it was before. Once Zorfilio was grown, he found he sort of missed having someone look up to him as a mentor.
4. Mated or Single: Single, likely to stay that way unless we can find someone to put up with him long enough. ^^;

Iea -  2. Personality Description: Mysterious, quiet, often cold and unsympathetic to those she doesn't know. She's come out of her shell a little recently, but she's still a bit of a dark horse. [pardon the pun]
3. Character Background: Brought up essentially by her grandmother, she viewed her father with a vague dislike bordering on pity, thinking him worthless. Her mother she barely saw, and she rarely talked with her brothers. She met a few Equus on her travels, but preferred to stay alone.

Maaya - 
1. OOC Notes: First, and only Equus gained in a flatsale! There was a bit of a mix-up about who had actually won her, but she was eventually awarded to me.
2. Personality Description: Laid-back, generally good-natured yet unreliable. When dealing with her, the situation can abruptly go either bad or good, and change just as quickly.
3. Character Background: Maaya was brought up by her mother, a fiesty and spunky pegasus Freyja, since her father abandoned her on seeing that she bore no wings or horn - in other words, an Earth pony. Thus Maaya gained most of her personality from her mother, but was much more laid back than the mare had ever been, since her mother doted on her and did everything for her. Thus Maaya grew up lazy and unmotivated, and was quite unready for the cold cruel world when her mother died during the winter months. Maaya travelled to the Equus Fields to gain protection in numbers, but has yet to meet any companions.

Du Vall -  1. OOC Notes: From a Seven Deadly Sins Auction! Incredibly, DuVall only went for 40K! I couldn't believe it. <33
2. Personality Description: Aloof, distant, but this is just to cover his feelings of confusion and distrust. DuVall feels out of place in the world, like a jigsaw piece that doesn't fit. When angered, however, he can think of nothing but destruction, pain and wrath.
3. Character Background: From the wars of man and the real world he came, dying, before man's God. God at first was furious with the demon who had killed and slaughtered indiscriminatorily, but instead of condemming him to hell, God took pity on the demon that had been used all his life, and gave him a second chance in a world full of peace. In order to make this easier for him, God replaced his memories with those of an average stallion living in the Equus meadows, and took away his sight, so that he could not compare the lands he was to live with the lands from the Equus' memories. However, in the transition from the Farplane to the Equus world, Satan interfered, hoping to cause chaos and destruction, and awoke Du Vall's dormant memories causing him confusion and pain. God saw what had happened and was angry, once again supressing Du Vall's memories and leaving him by the banks of a river. However this time Du Vall retained most of his memories, though very fuzzy and unclear, and they were mixed with a normal Equus's memories to help him live a normal life.

Demyx - [a.k.a, Shadow's Pride and Joy. <3333]  heart heart heart 1. OOC Notes: An art trade with Jinxeh!! heart
2. Personality Description: Demyx is rather a wuss. He tries hard to fit in and be brave, but it never lasts. When he's not feeling threatened, Demyx is a good-natured (if a bit hesitant & shy) kind of guy.
Character Background: Demyx is a Nobody, one of the thirteen members of Organization XIII. Upon his defeat in Hollow Bastion by Sora, Donald and Goofy, he was reincarnated into Equus form, and retains jumbled and confused memories of his time with the Organization. All the clues he has to his identity are his sitar - his choice of weapon - and his Organization XIII coat. He has a love of water, and is rarely seen far from the river banks, where he bathes and strums at his sitar, picking out faint tunes at all times of the day. It is unknown whether or not he has regained his heart.

Hikari - 
1. OOC Notes: Won in Silver's custom Butterheart auction. There was a little bit of mix-up about who had won, since Silver ended it early, but eventually Silver gave her to me, and let the true auction winner have a custom as well! I was so grateful! <3 Hikari only cost me 1 Kiki Kitty and 2K, well worth it. ^___^
2. Personality Description: Airy-fairy but suspiciously perceptive of some things.
3. Character Background: No one really knows where Hikari came from. She floated onto the scene one day and was quietly and efficiently settled by the next. It appears she has travelled round a lot of the world and knows where one [if not both] of her parents are [a rare thing in this mismatched group]. She and Demyx are friends through their shared love of the water and swimming, although if asked about him, she would not be able to tell you who he was. She seems to be purposefully forgetful, or if not purposefully, than extremely absent minded, and cannot, nor will not reveal much about anything to anyone. She insists that she gets on well with Archan, no matter how vehemently he denies it.

1. OOC Notes: Aerith was gained in EoE's FFVII Event. I was waiting for the auctions, but particularly knew that I /had/ to have Aerith! I bid my G Blade @ 28k, and my Zony MP3 Player (*sniff*) @ 95k, to give me a bid of 123k.
2. Personality Description: Bubbly, but with a serious side to her too. Aerith is calm, gentle and efficient in a crisis.

Names based on... -cough- ....the Substitiary Locomotion song from Bedknobs & Broomsticks - Treguna Mekoides Trecorum Satis Dee. ^__^;;
Based on the twins from Fatal Frame (II?)
2. Personality Descriptions: Both twins are tricksy and slippery opponents, Mekoides more so than Treguna. They rarely wander alone although sometimes you will find one taking a stroll without the other. They are much more wary without the other there to guide them and often make mistakes or let things slip - so the best way to deal with them is to seperate them, for their strength comes from the bond they share. They are infamous for not liking anyone or anything.
3. Character Backgrounds: Born to a world that they didn't seem to fit in, the twins took solace in each other and gradually grew more and more cut off from the outside world. Now they are on the outside looking in, and have a content feeling from the distance. They defy anyone to try and enter "their world".
