Going through the guild, we have an excess of stickies and announcements being used AS stickies (which might be causing the not-noticing of important announcements).

So this is making me think: a lot of these are OLD and outdated, and some haven't been updated in over a year.

So why not remake them PROPERLY?

Here's a list of suggested threads that could use an update:

My opinions:

Screen names and the Birthday and Age thread can probably be combined.

Guild and game guides could be made into one thread too.

Advertising committee needs needs more than one person dedicated to it.

The registered guilds thread needs a link that can be found in an announcement, like one of the guides or must reads.

Warnings = Redo

Kroo Log - revamp, because its easy to forget to post in there.

i agree that screen names and the birthday thread can be moved to the me. Also, i think they could be combined. I think the must reads are probably alright, but they could use a looksee to make sure they're applicable.

Uh also, i think complaints and suggestions is fine how it is. unless you wanted to make a new thread maybe to encourage some participation? iunno.

I'll go through warnings sometime in the next little while, make a new thread and such. I think a new system of posting warnings and linking to the post from the first post might work well.

The thread doesn't exist yet, it was more of a "can be created".

Might make an activity contest in the guild if one is made to help it show up.

done with the new warnings thread. Now when you post a warning, it goes in a new post and gets linked to from the list in the first post. So if someone needs to look up a record, they just have to click the links and copy/paste. links older than a year are also grayed out and don't actually apply to the active record anymore.

So if someone has 5 warnings, but 4 of them are grayed out, they've only got one that counts towards whether they're banned for too many offenses or not. smile
