How does someone who was born on a Leap Day in a Leap Year celebrate their birthday?

Oh Oh I know!! My uncle was born on that imaginary day on the end of february on a leap year. Though some times we just celebrate his birthday at the start of march even if it isn't a leap year. But we deinaly celbrate when it is leap year and I think we at least joke that we won't for another fur years... lol ive had more birthdays then my uncle. >_<
