Ok so I Fill my rats food bowls and they go and hide it... And the next day they act like they're Starving, So I refill their bowl... Should I Keep doing this, Or what?

No. If you do this, then they will get too fat. If their bowl is empty, look in their stash places and see if there is food there. If there is, don't give them more until it is gone. If it is gone, refill the bowl.
That is what I do anyway.

Nope. My crew, unless they are pregnant or nursing, only get 2-4 pieces ( depending on size) of block a day.

Yeah they say it's best to only feed them what they can eat in a sitting. 3nodding
Because you don't want them to be too fat and lazy xp though a little puggy can be cute
