I was going to wait until we had a few more people put in applications...I'd still like to finish cleaning up some things and finishing a few story ideas in my head before we start Psalm. Sorry for the wait. I too am VERY eager to start.

I wanted to know a little bit more background information about the rp. Are our heroes doing the usual--saving worlds from the Heartless? Or are we working to defend Raidant Gardens and Traverse Town? If the last message was from 25 years ago, is there a cohesive group with a directive, or are a bunch of people just going to band together?
And I am interested in joining, but I have midterms continuing for the next two weeks and three essays I'm supposed to take care of. In the meantime I'm gradually developing a character.
And is it just me, or are we the two most frequent posters of late in PLL? XD

After King Mickey left, Radiant Gardens became one massive refugee camp. Sampson (OC) and Captain Jim Hawkings (Cannon) are now heads of the Radiant Gardens Committee, using the remains of the TRON program to prevent Heartless from amassing in the city. They have formed a Confederacy with the remaining planets to act on the heartless threat. Yen Sid moved from his tower to aid Radiant Gardens as well. So yes, there is a relatively cohesive group protecting the refugees, but not much else. If some more people apply, I can rethink how the opening is going to go, but...
And yes, I think we might be biggrin

Captain Jim Hawkings? You don't mean James Pleiades Hawkins, do you? Because that is, like, my all-time favorite character. Ever. And if no one has snagged Jimbo yet, I would totally take him on.
Well, that clears a lot of stuff up. Thanks! Ooh, there's so much potential for political intrigue, stories of sacrifice, and quests for truth. I love it!

Yes. Jim from Treasure Planet. I thought that there was a BUNCH of unloved canon, which is why I decided to knock out a bunch of planets altogether, and turn Radiant Gardens & Traverse Town into a orgy of super awesome people that nobody ever thinks about.

Ooh, ooh! Are you playing him, then? If not, can I? I totally have a profile compiled and everything! Well, most of one. I love Jim to death. It's one I wanted to use for another rp, but I didn't. But I'd still definitely understand if you were playing him. It's cool.

.-. O.k. so I may or may not sound like the dumbest kid ever with the following questions, but please have pity for it is better safe then sorry. 3nodding
1. I read the previous questions and it came to my attention that there was mention of canons, but I can't seem to find a list of them. It might be due to my innate ability to over look topics. sweatdrop So, is there a definite list? If so where can I locate it. xp
2. In the applications topic it mentions putting either vexation or bastion of hope in the application...I was wondering if it was at all possible to be neutral...Though I do not even know what my character will be doing yet (if approved. Still working on him. whee )

I had forgotten to ask about the note in the application regarding weapons and magic. Is that based on characters a single writer will be using or all characters regardless of writer? If it is the latter is the profile thread all characters accepted and current?

ALL characters. I will be pretty lenient when it comes to magic, but no doubling up weapons. If everyone uses a sword, then combat is kinda...flat.
You can be neutral, bu ultimately, I'd like you to pick a side. Agendas are alright in the beginning, but come endgame, it'll be epic.
As for Cannons, no definite list. If you want a Cannon that I don't already have need for, then send me the Cannon Application in the profile thread.
