History: Astri's family prides themselves on a dedication to growing the best grapes and producing the best wines. Whether or not others agree is up to interpretation, but they certainly are very good at what they do. Astri grew up more or less resigned to the fact that she would follow in her footsteps, hopefully one day earning Journeyman status, as her father had done. She liked the process of growing the vines, and watching them slowly put forth the delicate grapes, and she grew used to the backbreaking labor that was required to harvest and stomp them. It all grew a part of her life, but it did lack a certain degree of excitement, like the tales the Harpers told. Still, Astri worked in her field, hoping that she would develop a better taste for fine wines, though she had not yet achieved Journeyman status when she was Searched. She agreed most readily to come along, but Weyr life may have some surprises in store.
Appearance: As a girl who was once slender with little to no curves to speak of, Astrisabe carries her curves awkwardly, not yet used to the blatant sensuality curves seem to endow. While her waist remains relatively slender, her curves are rather big, sometimes making Astri appear bigger than she actually is. Standing at only five feet, three inches, Astri can easily be described as short, but she doesn’t seem to mind it at all. Astri’s eyes are almost too large, their blue-grey color almost unremarkable. Her smile is slightly crooked, but other than that, her features are fairly even and typical. It’s not a displeasing face, but it’s certainly not one that is in any way more beautiful or lovely than the rest. Her dark blonde hair is kept crossed short, barely plastered to her skull, and with a tendency to stick up at odd angles any conceivable chance they get. Genetics, unfortunately, played a cruel hand to Astri, making her pale in a climate where the sun is constantly out. As a result, Astri is very nearly always burned, and failing that, peeling. She’s lightly freckled, but unable to tan very much.
Personality: Working in the farms at least inspires patience in a girl. Astri is willing to wait for a great deal of time for something she wants, though her mind needs to remain occupied. When she gets bored, she's prone to accidentally or mindlessly tromping through gardens, or tearing up important hides as her hands struggle to find something to do. Astri isn't the most tolerant person when it comes to making mistakes, but it's nothing she can't learn. She also has a tendency to be slightly overbearing, almost to a comical effect, given her short stature and rounded body. She's a good mediator, however... Whether or not you want your situation to be mediated is another question. Her mind is quick and agile, and like stated earlier, she's prone to boredom. She's not one to get into mischief without carefully thinking over the repercussions first, both in the grand scheme of things and within how it will immediately effect her. That makes others find her boring at times, though she would like to lodge the protest that she is anything but. Unfortunately, she's also ambitious and prone to bouts of envy, but at least she recognizes it.

Few things and then you're golden XD

She’s lightly freckled, but unable to tan very much." <-- I'm guessing that came from an Istan version of the profile? XD I don't think she needs to worry so much about burning up in the North.
Personality:
- How can she be patient and also quick to get bored? I need a little more explanation on these two to make it work for me.
- Why does she destroy things when she's bored? And what makes her think carefully about mischief but then let her mind get away from her later to trample through gardens?
- "That makes others find her boring at times" <-- I don't generally allow sweeping statements about other people's characters like that in personalities. If you want to use something like this, I'd try to go with something like "In the event that someone finds her boring because of this, she would..." just so it keeps the focus on her and not what other people should be thinking about her.
- Overall, maybe expand a little on this personality? I feel like it's a little disjointed in some areas where you're telling instead of showing. If I wanted to place a dragon with this character, I would be hard pressed to decide who she really is.

You said that if we didn't want our characters to not get a premade character we should indicate somewhere? Anywho... Yah, looking over this, this is kind of a hot mess, so I'll fix it up when I'm a little less tired. Thanks!
