Bio: A 14 year old neo saiyan who has shown incredible fighting potential since he was 4. after training with the neo saiyan elders his electrical power he continued to train and was discovered by the saiyan empress and after a quick sparing match he allows her to find the remaining neos saiyans after hearing some stories of her last battles he decided to join her
skills Ki blasts and geokinesis
Ultimate Attack: lighting ball assault
jumps high into the atmosphere and uses friction to excite electrons then form a sphere to blast but it paralyses the foe then slashes them with lighting claws
Super attack: special lighting technique:
move similar to piccolo's special beam cannon but used like a whip
Normal attack: lightning claw:
forms lighting into claws and thrashes them with it

I wonder why people aren't putting character race after their character name?
Isn't that in the profile skeleton?
I know you are a Neo Saiyan, but it has to be in the profile as character race. Thanks.
