My little hamster has little black spots on both this sides.What does that mean? sad

What kind of spots? Is it just a discoloration of the fur? Or what? And do they seem to be causing any sort of pain? Push on the sides very gently and see if they're any pain or possibly lumps.

With more information we could all possibly help more.
