A misunderstood boy named Warren Peace (name taken from Sky high), after realizing his best friend Will Stronghold was right that he should just forget about what happened to his father drove Warren to the brink of insanity.
He burned everything in sight, in a fit of rage! Will had questioned Warren on his behavior and asked him flat out if Warren was turning evil, and Warren just said to leave him alone. Figuring that's all that Warren needed, Will obeyed.
The truth, the thing that Warren won't admit, is that deep down, he is lonely and all he needs is love. Not from the people he met at Sky High, but someone... totally different. He knows all to well, the fortune that Layla Gardens got was more or less meant for him. "True love remained unspoken is the quickest way to a heavy heart."
Will Warren find that love he seeks in time, before he really does go off the deep end and burn himself out, or is Warren destined to walk a lonely road... forever?
