The guild's home page specifically states that the guild is still under construction.

You joined the guild knowing that.

I joined last summer when they were open so I was just curious.

Sorry, I sounded a bit rude before.
I was stressed out about stuff.

I locked the subforums so that I could work on them peacefully without people who didn't listen to the rules making topics and/or posting in unfinished threads.

So I'm working on them and then opening them up individually when they are done. 3nodding
