and of course, looking for my valentine <3
i dont have anyone in mind this year (that wont get me in trouble)

if all else fails, ice cream and a movie, all by myself :'D
im a pretty helpless romantic, so ill probably be feeling sad that day if i dont get myself a valentine to dote upon >.<;

No need to mope if you're single for Valentine's Day. There are lots of "Singles' Awareness Day" events before and on the day to help you celebrate or find someone. Or you can do some other things--
I used to wear all black on V-Day, just for fun. :] Just to spite all those happy, non-single people out there. I had a broken heart shirt to wear with it, too. ;D You get funny looks! Especially great to do with friends.
I also bought a bouquet of roses and handed roses out to my single girl friends. I took the rest to the queer club meeting and gave them to the single girls. Well, not only girls, but I chose girls first, because in my experience girls tend to feel worse about V-Day, and also because they were my flowers and giving flowers to single gay men does me very little good. ;P
I found out later that several of my friends and club recipients had kept their roses for a long time afterward, too.
So if you have money to spare, giving out roses to people helps brighten their day, and it's a good way to make you feel worthwhile even if you're single for Valentine's Day. Just an idea--I think rather than stewing in depression for the day, it's better to make a few other people who are moping smile and feel special. Might win you a date, too.

Oh, and I'm not doing anything with my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. It's Chinese New Year the same day, so everyone I know is going home for the weekend. Not an exciting Valentine's Day here this year, haha. But it's okay, we can always celebrate after.

hmm, i think ive always been single around this time of year. but anyways, i used to give out chocolate. lots of kisses in a victoria's secret bag. and a hidden thong for the extra lucky winner :'D
ive never gotten a rose from a girl before. its usually me giving the flowers or guys giving me flowers. why is that O.o;
im just bummed that i might be missing out on the creative side of valentines day. its the only day you can say so much cheesy stuff and get away with it too HAHA.

Debi- Say it to a single friend as an obvious joke. XD It might be fun, and it'll probably make them feel a lot better. Actually, that was originally the kind of dumb thing I was going to do before I came up with the roses. =P
I wish I could party it with the Asian friends, but all of us are being summoned home for family gatherings. Why not, it's the new year, time for family. But just why did it have to be on Valentine's Day?
That's a cute way to do V-Day, though. :] Oh man, it reminds me of a friend who gave our those kiddie V-Day cards that come in sets of whatever with Batman themes and all. She gave me a Batman one that said "Hope you're the master of the game tonight." and she'd scrawled on in pen, "I don't know what this means, but it sounds dirty :[[" XD

me and my boyfriend are in a long distance relationship so he can't be here to celebrate with me ToT but he said he would call me if he could which makes it a lot better (although he may have to work crying )

Though my best friend and I plan on giving out this little bags filled up little black and yellow hearts (yellow isn't a favored color amongst us), a poem, a heart shaped cookie covered in black icing with jagged red line to break, and little ripped hearts with unique messages on it to out friends to celebrate Singles Awareness Day. One of my favorite messages has to be "Love is a battlefield with bad graphics" for one of the gamers. So its gets rid of most the sting of the holiday but that's for Monday...I still get Sunday to mope.

I might try to get a date for V-Day but if I don't I'll proabally mope around and eat lots of candy and watch a lot of movies. Most of my friends can't hang out due to their man whores (boyfriends). >.<

so today, my friend made a random v-day card, and it said "do you eat lucky charms, cause you're magically delicious"
i know, its been used before, but we wrote all over that card. we put my friends number on it, we put things like "call me! im hott, i swear" and random stuff like that. then we went to the parking structure and picked out a random car and put the card under the windshield wipers :'D
now that i think about it, i hope the car doesnt belong to a couple...wouldnt want to get my friend any hate voicemails from an angry girlfriend :0
anyhow, we established that v-day will now stand for v****a day :]
