Artemis The Goddess Of Chastity
Artemis walked into the clearing in which the archers would practice. Looking around to see that there was nobody around, feeling a bit relived to not put up with any men, walked only a few steps forward. She slowly raised her bow and aimed for the target. She had improved her shot. Letting go of the string, sent a silver arrow flying across the field gracefully. It hit the bulls eye with no difficulties. Smiling to herself, she readied another arrow. "This isn't so hard. Plus I'm rather enjoying myself!" she stated, letting the other arrow go and watching as it too hit the center of the target.

Derek walked in, bowing quickly to artemis, then proceeded to practice on his own. "Hello, auntie Artemis. HOw are things going with you and the hunters?

Artemis The Goddess Of Chastity
Artemis caught a glimpse of a new arrival out of the corner of her eye. At the mention of 'auntie' she guessed that this boy must be a son of her twin brother, Apollo. Flashing a quick smile but not looking away from the target she quietly replied. "Hello young one. Things are going swell with me and the hunters." Pausing, as she let yet another arrow go, yet again hitting the center, she asked, "And what might your name be?" she asked, trying to be as polite as possible around the young boy.

"Um, I'm Derek Waller, son of your brother, Apollo. Was I interupting something, cause if i was, I could leave now...heh..." Derek walked on, to the last post, obviously a little unnerved by his aunt. She looked younger than he was, and it was kinda creepy.

Gabriel came to the field with a horse sized Garm behind her,. "Artemis." She said seeing her Aunt. Going over to Garm she pulled out her hunting bow from his saddle-harness and strung it.

Artemis looked over at the newer girl who had arrived. She too knew who Artemis was yet she had no clue who the girl was. "No. You were interrupting anything." she replied as she walked over to the target, gathering all her arrows she had shot. As she walked back a breeze picked up, lifting her rather long, blond hair. Looking over at the newer girl, Artemis commented to herself on the way the girl stood, as if she had done this forever. "Must be a daughter of my dear brother's." she thought to herself.
(you may be like 18 but to a goddess you are young xp )

"Hey, sis, whats up?" Derek too walked over, collecting the two arrows he had shot. "Uh, Auntie Artemis, how often do you come here,to Camp Half-blood, even though you've taken a vow of celibacy or whatever? what exactly does this camp, this haven, mean to you?"

Derek had in fact proven her theory about the girl true, but his question took her by surprise. Never had anyone that she could remember, ask her why she came to this camp. Actually the reason may have seemed obvious to some. "I come here a lot actually. I like to see the women that are trying to become huntress. Plus I am like every other being in this world. I too like the company every once and a while." she replied, with a hint of a smile.

Garm gave a low growl to Gabriel. "An now the hunt begins." She said going back to Garm she climbed onto the saddle. "Come on boy, time to get some revenge."

"I see, thank you, Auntie." Derek paced over, gave his aunt a quick hug, then left to his cabins. "Oh, and one more thing, I understand your intent to bolster your ranks of huntresses and all, but if you try to convert my sister, I don't care how much trouble it will take, or even i myself die, I will take you with me to Hell..."

Apollo tapped his sons head lightly. "dont talk that way to a goddess, boy. we are easily angered." he said, walking to his sister, letting loose 4 arrows and hitting the targets head on each time dead center.

"Derek, Haud yer wheesht.." Gabriel had come back with Garm a dead griffin was slung over his back. She stood there glaring at Derek for even speaking. "If the lass wants to go with Artemis, so be it. But.." she said going over to Derek and punching him across the face. "Don you ever, speak to her like that again..You hear'n me?" she said going back over to Garm she pulled three Griffin feathers from the body and handed them to Artemis. "Here, These are for you Mam."

Derek held his now bleeding nose, then let out a roar as it healed over. "Gods, what was that for?" He drew his piistol, aiming for her head.
