ok me and my friend are having trouble spreading this helpful virus how do you do it again?

Pokerus appears randomly and can be set by having your Pokemon healed at the Pokemon Center. After the healing, Joy will tell you if your Pokemon have Pokerus. When that happens, you have three days (if its in your party) to level up or infect as many others as possible. You infect by having the Pokerus'd Pokemon and the healthy Pokemon in your party and while traveling and battling, the Healthy Pokemon will get the 'Rus. Putting the Pokemon in the PC stops the countdown to being impervious to Pokerus, but when you get it back, it starts right back where you left it. So, it'll be forever in the Boxes, but three days in your party.

i know that im having trouble spreading it, is there a sure fire way for it to spread?

Just keep the infected in your party and it should spread, as long as it doesn't lose it beforehand

i also heard that the effect stays but it just cant get it again and it cant spread it
