How do you directly tell someone you like them.. while another person likes you?
For example:
Person 1 has a crush on Person 2... 2 also likes 1 but Person 3 likes 2. So 2 doesn't know how to tell it's feelings towards 1 because of 3. 2 doesn't want to hurt 3's feelings.

AsianRawr, torpe is a Filipino "slang" word that is called to a guy that is not showing his feelings to a girl because he`s scared or somethin`. biggrin
Ken, the only way you can overcome that is to hang out with the girl so you`ll be able to like be able to feel light around her. Once that happens, you would be able to gather the courage to tell her how you feel. 4laugh

In relationships, one should not be a coward and not tell about his or her feelings. Also, sooner or later, some unfortunately get hurt in the process. But to lessen the pain person three would feel, person two has to clarify the situation that he or she likes person one. Also, they could stay friends though. biggrin
