I have never gotten this code before, and last night while uploading an update on my story, I got this and haven't been able to upload since.

What is it and how can I get rid of it?

Have you checked for game patches recently? I seem to remember a new patch due to problems with the exchange.
Check the BBS to see if anyone else has reported it.

I haven't seen any patches for any 6021 though, just one of error code 5 confused
