I made some childfree merchandise for my newest store here. I have a couple of other shops but I decided to make a more "political" shop. The problem is, I've seen childfree gear before and I'm not sure I'd actually wear it. This isn't really about promoting my own crap though. I'm actually wondering how people feel about this.

Would anyone here wear something basically bashing kids and/or bad parents? I'm not really in the closet about my position, but I also would never want to intentionally hurt anyone's feelings or be overly hostile.

I'm not opposed to the idea as such. I probably could really like some kind of clothing or similar item related to my lack of desire to be a parent. It really would just depend on what the actual words and/or images and overall article design were. Importantly, I think it would be a big plus if the item was fairly clear that it is meant to express your personal preferences and how you feel toward the subject, rather than being framed as an attack on all other people's opinions on children and/or parenting.

A lot of people have pro-children stuff, so I think its only fair that we child-free get to express ourselves too! If I had a car, I would definitely have some kind of bumper sticker - possibly the "I took the batteries out of my biological clock and put them in my vibrator" one biggrin That did make me lol!

Hahaha! XD That is a good one. I'd like some kind of window cling for cars imitating those "baby on board" signs which expresses my hatred of those "baby on board" signs, particularly of the parents who would use such things.
