2.) Must take a quiz on hand seals. (explain what hand seals are, defining what they stand for, and how they are used.)

-A tournament will be held with only genin peers after eight or more genin have passed. A ninja doesn't need to win to be promoted, advancement will be based on if you show the qualities of a chuunin.
