uh, probably not. the devil can't possess christians, and working through music is too obvious, the devil tries to scare christians and messes with them, but he can't possess them.
secular people, yes, but not christians.

i hate to disagree, but that's not true,
there have been many exorcisms in our church and outside of our church, of both Christians and non-Christians,
i know a priest personally who witnessed a woman he knew at his parish, devout woman, who one day after mass was found outside on the ground, she seemed unconscious, but when they tried to pick her up, she was immovable, she seemed to weigh a ton,
well,
now i can't remember exactly how it happened, but when the priest came out, she became conscious and started to act rather vicious,
but he said something along the lines of "in the name of Jesus Christ, i command you to leave her"
and after he blessed her she became normal again.

i kinda botched the story but that is basically what happened.

other then that, there have been many cases of possessed people in the catholic church, Padre Pio was a witness to many of them, although i don't think he actually preformed exorcisms, but he would simply say something like "begone" and the devil would take off.

that is the power of priests, no one else has this power to cast out demons, and if anyone else tried, they could very likely become possessed themselves,

my advice on this matter would be, choose your music wisely, many songs nowadays are inspired by the devil, and that's not even a secret, many artists admit to being inspired by, what we know as, the devil,
many songs have subliminal messages in them also, which do have an effect on us,

i'm not sure that you could become possessed by listening to certain music, but it certainly can disrupt your spirit and your peace of mind, and have an influence on you without you even noticing,

if you are feeling disturbed by the music you are listening to, then stop listening to it,
sometimes we do have to listen to our bodies, just like when you get cut, and you feel the pain from it, that is your body trying to tell you something is wrong,
and likewise, if you are doing something, and that something is making you feel sick or disturbed, that is your mind and quite possibly your spirit telling you there is something wrong.

i would suggest praying the rosary, and saying the saint Michael prayer, and if you have it, pray the Litany of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, if you have a Saint Benedict Cross it would be very good to pray with that also.
it's also good to bless yourself with holy water and holy oil.

the devil is a bully, but he is also very clever, and we should always have recourse to heaven during situations like these.

that's what prayer is for, God and our guardian angel will protect us when we ask, the devil may be a bully, but he is also a coward, and he runs away just at the mention of Jesus' name.
