Physical Description:

Personality: Jameel is quiet. He'll speak when necessary, and shut up when someone else is talking. He listens to what people have to say, no matter who they are. He will crack a pun every now and then, even if it's stupid. When he's on a mission, he's very serious about it. He's gone so far as to go on said missions at night to maximize getting the mission done without a hitch. Jameel is the type to go great lengths for friends. He's loyal, in other words.
History: Jameel's had it rough. His older brother hated him, his parents dumb enough not to see this deep hate, and hardly had any friends. He had no idea why he didn't have friends, until he realized that his hateful brother had chased them off. His mother wanted him to join the Templars, his father wanted him to join the Assassins... although it was a secret from his mother. When both parents died in a fire within their own home, both brothers blamed each other for their deaths. Jameel went to Masyaf on his own, while Kadin joined the Templars.
Jameel's reputation grew the more he went on missions, and by the time he was done, the rescued citizens started calling him "Red Owl". The reason? Jameel hunts at night, leaving bloody bodies in his wake. Kadin caught wind of this, and hired a few members of a nearly unknown order called Ravenwatch. These mercenaries have advanced training and weapons, making them well-suited to hunt Assassins. Can they kill them is a whole other story. Ravenwatch hunted Jameel, finding him a fun target to stalk.
One day, they lost him on the Persian borders, in a half-buried temple. Jameel found something while hiding. He thought it was a Piece of Eden that he was hearing about lately. Were they shaped like daggers full of sand? He didn't know what they looked like, didn't care, and grabbed it anyway.
It vanished, literally, to parts unknown, but not before leaving a parting gift for Jameel. It dumped white sand on top of him, burying him in crystal-like grains. The Assassin managed to get out of that scrap, confused and a little spooked. Having that sand dumped on him did something to him. He no longer aged. He could still die from poisons, swords, whatever.
With Ravenwatch and Kadin on his back, and being robbed from growing old, Jameel still had the stubborn determination to fight against the Templars... for as long as it took.
Likes: The night life, birds, food, free-running, time to himself
Dislikes: His elder brother, Templars, mercenaries, being helpless
