
Spice, my darling and lovely girl had a stroke and passed away a few days later. She could barely move, so I had her in a shallow basket with comfy bedding. I fed and watered her by hand and washed her when she messed herself. I was so sad when she passed but I was glad that she wasn't suffering anymore.
Yesterday, the local rattery made a post on FaceBook about how two of her girls were returned to her. She had kept them for a month because one was returned with a head tilt and she wanted to treat her with medicine (her father is my vet) and make sure she wasn't getting worse before trying to find a home for them.
She is doing really well, but the tilt didn't go away. She is so hyper is is cute. They are from the same litter and will be 5mos on June 12th.
I decided almost right away to take them. I met the breeder this morning.

This is from when they were 3 weeks old. One is Russian Blue and the other is Russian Beige. Both are dumbo eared (yaaaaaay).

They are very healthy and they seem more... solid... than the other ratties I have had before.
