An apocalypse roleplay! There's not much of a back story but the year is 2012 and the myths turned out to be true. Practically all of the world has been plagued with disease, natural disasters, and war. Food is scarce and living has become a problem. When you can't even trust your neighbors, what will you do to survive?

Name: Carla Riki
Age: 25
Gender: Female
Biography: She had recently gotten out of college after studying to do labwork, mostly for the growing demand of biotech workers. She had been in her lab when it hit 12:12 am of 12/12/12, when all heck broke loose. She now lives in an abandoned house a few blocks from the apartment she used to live in. It happens to be a little ways into the country, so not much has been going on. She has a small garden she uses for a food supply, as well as any hunting and gathering to be done.
Living Conditions (house, homeless, mansion, etc. ): abandoned house
Other:There are few neighbors, and the ones who are there leave her alone because they are too busy trying to help themselves. Her boyfriend died from a disease soon after the chaos began, and she lives all alone now.

Name: Kokuro Age: 18 Gender: Female Biography: Her family died in a nuclear attack while she was away on a trip with her cousins. Her cousins soon passed away from disease leaving her with nowhere to go. Her hometown is destroyed and she wanders around aimlessly like many others, trying to find a permanent home. Living Conditions: Lives in the subways and hops onto trains to get from place to place. Appearance:

Biography: A city-dweller all his life, he didn't know what to do as soon as disease and looting started to break out in the city, and started to roam the outskirts looking for a way to survive the mayhem. He has not had any contact with his family since the outbreak of disease started to plague the country.

Other: He is a bit of a loner, but wishes he could find a trustworthy companion in these hard times.
