Thanks to everyone's input, I've composed a list of j-rock females. And then I alphabatized it, cause I'm lame like that. If I'm missing anyone, please let me know, if I've spelled someone's name wrong, again, let me know. Etc, etc. If anyone wants to send me some songs by any of these people, it's more than welcome.

Inugami Circus Dan 犬神サーカス団 Onmyouza 陰陽座
They have female vocals. I've only heard one song by Inugami, but I know there are a few experts in the guild wink And I have only heard a sample of Onmyouza (on a commercial on tv)
I know there's more, but the other guild members are more prone to answer this 3nodding

Kaidan talks about Inugami a lot. I'd forgotten about them. I think there's another group that I've forgotten about too....

I like her 3nodding I don't like a lot of female vocalists because their voices sound childish. Really, a lot sound like they're 5 years old. gonk

Shiina Ringo is a definite must. The queen of Japan. Tokyo Jihen is a new band... definitely worth a check, you CANNOT miss this. She's surrounded herself with some of the best musicians in Japan.
fra-foa is fantastic. Bugy Craxone's earlier stuff is good, the new stuff is terrible garage mush. There are also a bunch of girl punk bands, some are all-girl, some are just fronted by a girl singer... Fullgain, HOLiDAYS etc.
Then there's AJICO and UA. Also, if you want something really soothing check out some of Lily Chou-Chou's stuff (Salyu) or for a bit of Shimokitazwa kei try Spangle Call Lilli-Line and Sugar Plant. Terrific. noodles has a great retro-alternative sound. Bleach and Kokeshi Doll are deliciously hardcore. Gauge Means Nothing is insane.
Oh, and Seagull Screaming Kiss Her Kiss Her.

*Looks through her folders* Condor44, Lolita 18, Fiction (But that's also Lucifer.. ...whatever. Too long.), Dagashi-kashi, katakata 16-pun, (if I remember the name right.), uhhh..
Akino Arai - Well.. This isn't rock, but it's pretty and I've heard her described as folk music.
I'm not sure what Doloris Marble and uh, i forget. I can't find any of their songs I have in my folder and can't remember what they sound like - only I that I liked them. And I proubably spelt her name wrong..

There's Dorlis for superfun jazzy stuff, Bugy Craxone is delicious to listen to, Bleach are girl punk but not crappy girl punk, Kayo from Polysics has a solo album of niftiness out, Kilhi+Ice are very sexy sounding VK-ness, Nirgilis are GORGEOUS (you want them, Tomosaka Rie sounds a lot like Shiina Ringo because oh! that's her producer, Supercar and Coaltar of the Deepers sometimes have a female vocalist, Takako Minekawa and Pizzicato 5 are great Shibuya-kei bands with female vocalists, Ji Ma Ma is great if not somewhat insane (Why can't I find just the single version of Garlic Toast...the album version BLOWS), and there's also Yuu and Akko from Go! Go! 7188's solo work.
This is all iI currently have on my hard drive that hasn't been mentioned yet, but there are SO many out there....<3

I was just going through a thread where I answered nearly this same question to see if I had missed any and my eyes have fallen upon stupid. Such terrible stupid, in fact, that you must all wittness. ByeByeReality Moron Ugh... i personally dont like the idea of having WOMEN do Visual Kei! It defeats the ENTIRE purpose! But as for JROCK WOMEN the key word is JROCK not Visual Kei..... I dont mind JROCK women singers.... Also, all the Go fans can go like Drop.
