Welcome to the Dawn of Amerald! The guild in which we will be placing the journals and journeys of Amerald Laraan's creations he likes to call, Hraapea.
Hraapea Codex: This sub-forum is for all the players to be able to keep track of their Hraapea's growth in some manner, by use of a journal. Doing so will make it easier for growth to occur. Not keeping your journal up to date will cause your harpy to stay at its current stage, no journal activity what-so-ever will cause the harpy to cry out and it will need to be re-homed. This account shall be the one to start off all journals.

Interactions: This sub-forum is for those who own a Hraapea, which can be used to role play and get to know one another ICly. These are also part of the requirements for the growth and changing of the Hraapeas. Using this forum is a MUST. Meetings will be initiated here and are used in the development of your Hraapea. All initial guardians must go through the Feather RP, as I'll call it, which is obtaining the feather and the DNA sample for initial creation.
Battle: This is a special forum where battles will take place. Any and all battles that start in regular RP will be monitored by the DoA -- BATTLEMASTER mule. This mule is the supervisor for any and all battling. Sometimes and at random, if you and your partners are out in the openness of Levintol, you may come across a specific post in your thread stating that you were attacked. Within that post is a link to a whole other RP that you can either accept or deny. Most of the time the two or more people in the RP will get a PM from the mule asking if you'd like a battle to occur, before the battle is actually placed.
Quests: This sub-forum is used for those who are questing and want to bring a specific character into the Hraapea realm. These characters are to be used when people decide to buy customs or semi-customs. Otherwise, these are there for purpose of character development and are able to be critiqued by others.
Library: This sub-forum contains any and all finished role plays and other significant documents that are no longer needed throughout the other forums. If you have a hard time finding something, ask the librarian (mod) for help. All role plays marked as [FIN] will be placed there.
The Basement: This sub-forum is for all of the crew to discuss upcoming plots and plans for the shop as a whole. Crewly things will be discussed there and will be used for plot purposes in the future! Beware of that area, it is restricted to everyone besides Amerald's closest companions.

[ o ] Read all rules and threads before posting anywhere.
[ i ] Do not post in any journals without permission.
[ ii ] You must role play with your character to keep him/her and to allow them to grow.
[ iii ] No god-modding. This means no controlling of another person's character at all. And no 'super-hero' actions. GM's, or staff, are only allowed to god-mod. (That's IC staff, not all staff members!)
[ iv ] You must role play at least twice a month. Be active! It isn't that tough.
[ v ] When people are role playing, please use brackets...()...[]...{}...when typing OOC. Double brackets even...(())...[[]]...{{}}.
[ vi ] You must still obey Gaia's ToS. No role plays over PG-13 are allowed here.
[ vii ] EVERY owner MUST keep track of their progress somehow in their journals. If not, than we may not be able to grow your pet. IF it is continued that your character is not being role played, we will be forced to re-home that Hraapea. No refunds will be given for a character's disappearance/rehoming.
[ viii ] When starting an RP in the role playing portion of the guild, title it as follows: [PRP] for a Private Role Play, [ORP] for an Open Role Play, [FIN] for a Finished Role Play, and also, whatever you wish to title it, just a title that suits the RP. Finished RP's will be moved to the Library sub-forum. Also, in regards to this, when posting a battle, be sure to have a link to the new battle post. Title it [Hraapea1] .vs. [Hraapea2] - [Title Here] to keep the forum looking spiffy and organized!
[ ix ] Be sure that guardians and OCs that are posted in the Profiles thread are human in origin. Little tweaks can be made to humans to make them look differently, but no other character in Levintol has any aberrant features. Feathers, horns, tails, etc. are not allowed when making a character UNLESS stated that they came through The Portal in their history and how they got to stay.
[ x ] More rules may be added or changed whenever, so check back often.

[ o ] Again, read all of these rules as well before beginning any battle-based roleplays.
[ i ] You may only use two attacks per post.
[ ii ] Do not god-mod. When a real battle occurs, you must allow the moderator to move and progress. Do not do auto hits, and when replying to a battle post, be sure to leave it open ended so that the moderator can post how much damage you have done to each other, and the new stats of each Hraapea.
[ iii ] Review the battle guide and example battle in the main forum before posting, just so you know what you are doing. We all want people to be familiar with the rules of battles so no one gets hurt...too badly. :3
[ iv ] Be sure to post all battles within the Battle section in the guild. IF you are in the middle of a roleplay and begin a battle, be sure to have someone post a thread link to the battle post where the battle is taking place. This makes things much more organized and easier to read for the staff!
[ v ] Have a lot of fun! Everyone needs to have fun, because that's what roleplaying and having a Hraapea is all about!

The growth form needed to grow any and all Hraapeas from one stage to another can be found in this thread. Bare in mind that these requirements are just the MINIMUM of what should be done. You can go far beyond this. You may also take as much time as needed in order to fulfill the requirements.
The reason there are so many requirements is because this is a HEAVY role play based shop, and there are no time requirements, thus ease with it. As long as you make a few RP posts every month you will be fine. :] But if you are gone without notice, your Hraapea will be taken and re-homed.

Once again, these are just the bare minimum, and please expect some delays in art due to artist's schedules. So, growths will occur at a steady progression, but please bare that information in mind.

A: Well, yes, but first, you must prove yourself to us. We need to know that you won't leave us as soon as you get a second harpy. So, to prevent that, we must have you wait until your first is at its Teen stage, and that we know you won't up and leave us as soon as you get a second. So, if your harpy is a Teen, you are eligible for a second harpy to be assigned to you. :3
Q: Okay, so how about for free?
A: I'm afraid not. You see, the artists work very hard, and for no pay at all, they might not do it.

Q: Well, what if I don't have enough gold to pay?
A: This is a tough thing to have to go through. In an Auction, there are no payment plans. If it is a flatsale however, we may be able to work out a payment plan, if we like you enough and if you give us prior warning that you will not have enough gold to pay by the deadline.
Q: How do I get liked? O.o
A: Well, follow all the rules and stick around and chat with us! We love people who chat!
