Rules for Buildings
1: There are three levels of houses. You need to pay 10,000 florins for the house, 20,000 to upgrade to level 2 housing, and 30,000 to level 3.
2: Furniture/painting canvas can only be sold by Crew/Members the Crew gives a permit to do so.
3: To gain a permit to sell furniture, you need to be a member that commonly RPs and a member for AT LEAST a week. You'll have to ask a crew member to give you one. If you fake a Crew's permission, it will result in termination of your housing and distribution of your current florins.
4: If you have a house passed down by family, you can ask Crew for missions related to your house. You won't get paid for these, but you will be able to find treasure.
5: You CAN share houses, but only the owner gets the benefits of the actual house. Ex: Someone can move in, but they don't get to store weapons there if you can.

1: Florins can only be earned through Crew-sponsered events/missions in the RP.
2: Florins are ONLY for the AC2 RP. No florins/houses will be in the AC1 RP for now.
3: If you wish to trade florins with other members for furniture they have, you need to have a Crew member approve the trade and make a post for it. This way, we can keep records of trades between members. NOTE: THIS IS STILL A FORM OF SELLING, YOU NEED TO GET A PERMIT FOR IT!
4: Florins earned in a mission will be considered by the Crew that makes it. The minimum of florins you can earn in a mission is 1,000 florins. The max, though, can be between 5,000-10,000 florins. These missions, though, will only be given if the entire crew find you capable of such a mission. Standard missions should score between 2,000-4,000 florins.
