Use this thread to post questions about orders and general shop stuff. We'll try to check and answer questions a quickly as we can but bear in mind both Ala and Chibi have lives outside of Gaia and delays may happen.

I have a few questions about some custom options, since I couldn't find anything about them on the website:
• Is it possible to order ears and/or tails in customs, such as cat, fox, bunny, etc.?
• If it is possible, what are the options? Or can we just choose coloration or something?
• Would there be extra charges if we ordered these add-ons? If so, how much?

Yes you can order ears/tails. The options I have at the moment are: bear, bunny, fox, kitty, mouse, and puppy. You can order them in solid colors or a few fur patterns I have: tiger(orange/black) | brown & tan | white & brown |tan & black | orange, brown & black |brown with white accents | solid brown (light, medium or dark) | solid white
I'll add pricing to the add-ons.

Do the Hemlock pants come with the boots? Or can you get them separate?

They are all one piece but I can make the pants transparent if you want to use the boots for another outfit.
