Ahh Falman, the man that seems to have no eyes ^ ^; Another part of Roy's subordinates. But of course, he never started out that way in the beginning.
Technically he was working under Lieutenant Colonel Maes Hughes. Of course we first see him when Edward and Alphonse go on the hi-jacked train ride. He was dressed like a regular man, but was on a mission to protect Hakuro. Not a lot is known of him, but that he is mainly a bodyguard to Hughes and probably knows information, since Hughes is in investigations department.
Though, of course we all know what happens to Hughes and in which Falman begs to join Taisa and go to Central with him, since he wanted to do so for Hughes. Though I think in the manga, they made it so they were already in a group, so they didn't do that drama like they did in the anime.
The greatest thing about him though is probably about the manga. When Barry meets Falman. From Hawkeye finding Barry (almost getting embarassed while at it), Roy Mustang assigns Falman to take care of Barry. What a job. You can kind of see some character in Falman, but of course it dies off in the later events.
Another thing I noticed is he's more closer friends with Fuery and Breda. Those three seem to come together and it shows a lot (especially betting about Havoc having relationships). And their love for journals as well. Can't forget about that. Also, you kind of noticed that he hangs around Havoc as well, just don't show it. When looking for a girlfriend for Havoc, Falman was the one who happened to know about Havoc's stats in finding a woman. That and him walking with Fuery to their dorms. It shows they are known in and out of military life.
Random but I love it is him doing the shadow puppet of a dog and saying "Bow wow". Sorry but that part is what made me love Falman ^ ^; Silly as it maybe, it made me laugh so hard when I first watched that episode.
Vato Falman, another great subordinate, helping Taisa and avenging for Hughes.
