I was watching the news the other day, and what should come on but a discussion about Obama's proposed elimination of don't ask don't tell in the military, and I immediately tuned my full attention to it, instead of just half-paying-attention like I normally do. Apparently, the big argument against it now is that, instead of it diminishing morale, we gays are just too vicious to be in a war zone, and that Hitler, and most of his top crew, were also gays, and that's why the Nazis fought so hard... despite the fact that the Nazis took a lot of gays away with the Jews and all that. The man I was listening to literally said that gays were Nazis at the end.
I, personally, was sickened by hearing this. I know for a fact I'm not a Nazi, no other gays I know are Nazis, and I know a lot of gays, myself included, would gladly serve if we could do so openly. Thoughts?

Wow sounds like the typical idiot. You think Obama would know better then that.He is being ignorant, last I checked I am no Nazi and nether was anyone at Columbus pride this summer. ( Unless you count the dumb church people as Nazi's )

wow. what an a*****e. honestly, the nazis killed gays because they felt that they were just as immoral and horrible as jews. so, why would gays be nazis?

I'm proud of it y'know why? Because as a gay woman I'm the most powerful being on the planet. By just existing I am a threat to the military, to the economy and to society itself (yes I quoted that xD) If they call me a Nazi, I really don't care (I'm part german lol) just because they're pretty much saying I'm stronger than them.
