Ike: This morning, there were like, five of them. D< And they were all being stupid and getting in the river and- -rages-

Ike: Some friend. -grumbles-
Serendipity: I'm... sorry. *frowns a little* I was bringing some good food I had found upstream... *shifts aside to show a large cache of rather pretty, bright green leaves*
Ike: ..... Oh. -frowns, looking at all the food- Well...... uh.... T-thank you. -stunned-
Serendipity: *smiles a little, tilting his head awkwardly* I'm just sorry I wasn't here to help defend our home.
Ike: ......... I guess...... I guess eating is important. -still staring at the food- And.... And it's not like anyone really..... messed with the river.........
Serendipity: All right. *chuckles softly* Go ahead and have some.
Ike: Uh.... You first. -ears flick back-
Ike: S-since you found it.
Serendipity: I ate a lot before I brought it. *he laughs quietly and leans in to take a few nibbles*
Ike: O-oh. -frowns before hesitantly starting on the plants- ....... T-thank you. -still all stunned and embarrassed-

Serendipity: I... Don't know... I'm not trying to. *lowers his head a bit*

Serendipity: *he tilts his head, not sure either* I... do not know why, but I am enjoying your company...

Ike: Because I can't get rid of herla that are on fire and have spikey tails and lightening feet all by myself. Kay? D<
Serendipity: ... I will be. *he smiled gently, nuzzling at Ike lightly* We will protect... our river?
Ike: -reddens more- Yes. |< -tries to look all mean and such to distract from the fact he's blushing-
Serendipity: I'm glad. *smiles slowly, closing his eyes a bit* It is nice to have a place to call home...
Ike: -frowns- Yeah. And then you don't go sleeping in bear caves. -peers to see what Serendipity's wound looks like now-
Ike: You look.....better.
Serendipity: *from keeping clean and comfortable, he's looking considerably better, the wound beginning to heal slowly* Indeed. I feel considerably better...
