-Kumogakure-
-Hidden village of Clouds-
Since not much is known about this country, the following description is simply a theory.
The grey and blue monochromed village of Kumogakure and the land surrounding is covered in marshes, the remainder of what once was a giant lake. The area endures frequent lightning storms, hence where the name originated. Kumogakure houses many shinobi, and because it is located in one of the Five Great Shinobi Countries, it's village is allowed a 'kage'. However, Kumogakure is very secretive, and only lets certain people know it's whereabouts.

PACHIbamu yawned, and stretched. He felt stiff, as he had been in his chair for practically the whole day.
Deciding to take a walk just out in the hallways, he left his crammed, small office and into the cerulean carpeted floors of the hallway, feeling relaxed as he always did, for some odd reason.

Looking out his window, the sight of marshes met his eyes. With a sigh, Rokiicha turned around slightly to glare at the paperwork on his desk. He walked over and plopped in his chair, grabbing a paper off the stack to his left, staring at it for a total of 2 seconds, then signing at the bottom, putting it in another tray on the other side of his desk. The tray now contained one paper. Again, he snatched a paper from his left, signed it, and added it to the pile on his right to make a total of two. He paused, looking to his right, then his left. Suddenly, his head met his desk with a loud thud, not moving for several minutes.

Suddenly feeling quite... lonely, being the only person in the building other than the Raikage himself and the random janitor, PACHIbamu decided to pay a little visit to the Raikage.
He couldn't bear looking at his unfinished reports, especially after looking at them for thirteen hours. Straight.

Rokiicha lifted his head up, rubbing it where a red mark remained from his latest headdesk. On his desk, there was a small groove where his head hit, because he'd done it so many times. With yet another sigh, Rokiicha resumed his paper signing. A few papers later, his head hung while he caught some Z's.
[OOC: go ahead and bring in PACHIbamu, he'll wake up once the door opens.]

Knocking slightly on the Raikage's door, PACHIbamu let himself in. He was one of the few people on good terms with him, after all.
Rokiicha's head was on his desk, and he was sleeping, appearantly.
PACHIbamu walked up to his desk, and ruffled his already semi-messy hair.
"Waaake up~"

Feeling someone ruffling his hair, Rokiicha lifted his head up slowly, to see PACHIbamu. Sitting back quickly, he said, "..Yes..? I have a very busy schedule, you know.."
