Strength-He usually over thinks any situation which puts him in a position to have a perfect plan. Ninjutsu
Weakness-Although he can come up with perfect plans it may take him a while to come up with them so while he is thinking he is susceptible to attacks. Taijutsu
Personality-He is usually very quiet and when he does talk its usually straight to the point. He usually thinks that if he does not have someones respect they are usually pretty worthless to him. He also believes that if someone does not have his respect he should try everything in his power to make it so. Or if that won't work he will usually try to egg them on into a fight so he can just beat them senseless.
Bio-Being born into the Inuzuka clan he has the ability to use jutsu to gain 'canin' like abilities. He is quite adept at using it and it is his most powerful ability. He grew up just like any normal kid with one giant exception! When he was around the age of 7, you could say he was basically a guinea pig for experiments. He was altered by scientists/doctors to become a faster, stronger, smarter ninja. It was working for quite some time. At the age of 9 these experiments/modifications were still going on, without anyone's knowledge save the kage and the scientists/doctors. One day out of no where the operating room was under attack by numerous Missing Nin. Nearly instantaneously the other men were killed because they were no match for the Missing Nin, they were only doctors and scientists. Then one particularly old Missing Nin merely walked up to Hokura rammed his hand and some of his arm into Hokura's skull (which was open from the surgery) and transfered his mind/soul whichever you like into Hokura. Now Hokura is inhabited by the Missing Nin, but he is still able to control himself.
